Il Leccio has been recently restored and is on the ground floor. Il Leccio is a semi-detached apartment next to the owners' house, but it has a separate private entrance, private garden and it is more secluded than the other 2 apartments at the hamlet.
You enter the property by following the wide, gravel pathway until the few steps leading up to the entrance door. Entering Il Leccio, you find a spacious living area which comprises: lounge, dining area and kitchenette. There is a comfortable sofa (it is a double sofa-bed fit for 2 children or 1 adult) on the right, a table and 6 chairs and a TV with some satellite channels and a DVD player. The kitchenette has a fridge, oven, cooking hobs and coffee machine.
1 bedroom with double bed, 1 twin-bedded room; 2 bathrooms, both with shower.
