Al interno de la propiedad se encuentran amplios espacios externo en comùn con hermosa piscina . Los propietarios administrano directamente la hacienda agricola de familia , con una producciòn propia de vino , aceite y otros productos derivado del criadero de “Cinta Senese” famosa raza de cerdo por su carne preciada.
Acceso a la propiedad tramite una calle no asfaltada , pero en buenas condiciones .
Distanzia: Chiesanuova con tiendas de vìveres y pequeña hosterìa a 300 metro, San Casciano con tiendas de todo tipo a 5 km , Firenze a solo 8 km , Siena a 50 km , Pisa y lucca a casi 70 km , Arezzo a 80 km.
A disposiciòn de los huèspedes: Jardin en comùn , espacio externo privado –equipado por cada

We had a really wonderful holiday at Chiesanuova. Carlo and his family and friends were wonderful hosts. The property is in an absolutely stunning location and we can recommend it without hesitation. 10/10.

Absolutely perfect in every way. Delightful owners, view to die for, spacious, comfortable, everything you need for a wonderful Tuscan holiday. Would recommend to anyone, we will certainly be returning

Firstly, EasyReserve has been a great company to book with. Very responsive to the customer.

Massanera may be the best place we have ever stayed. Our host Carlo is one of a kind. At the age of 80 he is still working the farm every day but he finds a lot of time to interact with his guests. We stayed 8 nights and Carlo treated us two nights to dinners with him and other guests at Massanera. Carlos speaks at least four languages so the guests from various places can interact. Marco, who works for Carlo, did a great job cooking the dinners. We all sat at a long table, eating mostly foods grown on his farm - wild pig, deer, wine, olive oil, prociutto, limoncello, and more I have probably forgotten. Massanera wine is very good. A feast!

Massanera property is stunningly beautiful with long range views of rolling hills planted with grapes, olives, and lemons and mountains behind. Everything is lush green in April.

We met Carlo and his wife. They were so lovely, welcoming, engaging and excellent hosts. Carlo's wife cooked dinner for us from everything in their farm. We had antelope, pasta, bruschetta, fried vegetables, pasta and their own wine. I am now a fan of Massanera's Chianti Classico! The villa was beautiful, immaculate and just right for our needs. The area was very scenic and the pool was refreshing. Our hosts were very accommodating, accessible and answered our many questions and gave us suggestions for groceries and restaurants. I am recommending this villa to our friends and family.

Very friendly and helpful owner; lovely villa; beautiful views and great swimming pool. Little noisy in the mornings due to farm machinery but not a big issue

We enjoyed our stay in chiesanuova very much. The proximity of Firenze is very convenient. The view from the house and the pool is fabulous. We really enjoyed the diner that the owners prepared for all guests. A minus is the fact that the pool area is unavailable after 7 pm.

The property is ideal for a family holiday . Its well maintained but still has original features. The view from the terrace is stunning . The owner Carlo , is very helpful without being intrusive . The wine he produces is lovely. i would recommend this property highly

We were a family of five, and found the villa very home-y. We enjoyed the villa environment due to the privacy we received from the spacious villas on the land. The pool was a big hit even for the older children, and was a very calm place to sit down and relax. The owner of the villas was very kind and friendly, and invited us and the other guests to a nice seafood dinner on the last day. The property is located not too far from the city in order to site-see, but not too close to feel the heat. We will definitely visit the villa again.
