Nice independent villa situated in panoramic location in the heart of the Tuscan country-side. This property has been restored preserving its original architectural features and turned into a comfortable villa with private swimming-pool offering nice interiors furnished in a typical country style.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: the small village of Falciani with food shops 2 km away, San Casciano with all kinds of shops 5 km, Florence 10 km, Greve in Chianti with a charming central square and nice restaurants 20 km, Siena 60 km away.
At guests’ disposal: nice garden furnished with sun-beds and sun umbrellas, private swimming-pool (6 x 12 m – maximum depth 1,4 m – open from 01/04 to 31/10), heated outdoor Jacuzzi (7 seats), barbecue, veranda, playground for children. All of the bedrooms are provided with air-conditioning. Ironing facilities available. WI-FI internet connection available (free of charge for a usage of 15 hours per week - extra consuption to be paid on site at € 0,90 / per hour).
Parking within the grounds.
Extra services: maid service available by arrangement (€ 10,- / per hour to be paid on the spot). It is possible to arrange cooking classes and cooking service.
Small pets are allowed.

El déposito inicial requerido para confirmar una reserva a ser pagado en el momento de la reserva (a menos que haya condiciones especiales) es el 25% del total del alquiler.

El saldo se debe pagar 60 días antes de la llegada.

Para las reservas de última hora (dentro de los 60 días anteriores a la llegada) el monto total del alquiler debe ser pagado al momento de la reserva.

En caso de cancelación de la reserva, incluso si se sustituye por otra, se aplican las siguientes penalizaciones:
- el depósito inicial (25% del total del alquiler) si la cancelación se realiza entre el momento de la reserva y hasta 61 días antes de la fecha de llegada;
- el 100% del total del alquiler si la cancelación se hace desde 60 días hasta la fecha de llegada o en caso de no presentarse.

Fantastic stay at this Villa. Close enough to Florence for day trips but still feel like you are out in the country side. Marco was amazing, meeting us at the petrol station to show us how to get there and hosting a wonderful home made pizza night. Hot tub was a great addition after a long day sightseeing. 100% recommend. We were a family of 3 with 3 children aged between 2-5.

We have had a very good time in Casa Scopeti during Easter Holiday, the house is perfectly situated between Florence and the Chianti region. The best asset of the house is... Marco ! :) his kindness and availability make the Holiday even better. It was a bit cold to enjoy the pool but we pretty much enjoyed the jacuzzi after interesting visits during the day. The house well reflected on the pictures. The driveway is a bit unconventional for conventional cars, but It did not bother me. One can hear the sounds of the nearby express way to Siena but it is not a problem. We were two adults and two kids and we all enjoyed.

Geweldig huis! Wij waren er met 3 koppels en totaal 5 kleine kinderen. Het enige jammere in deze setting is dat het zwembadgedeelte niet is afgezet door hekjes. Wij hebben dat opgelost door te barricaderen met tafels en stoelen maar voelt niet 100% veilig waardoor je toch veel aan het opletten bent. Verder heb je alles wat je nodig hebt in dit prachtige huis! En Marco is altijd direct bereikbaar en als je iets nodig hebt wordt het direct geregeld. Marco maakt geweldige pizza’s in de steenoven waarbij je kan helpen en met zijn allen verschillende pizza’s kunt eten tot je genoeg hebt, en dat is niet duur. Echt de moeite waard om een keer te doen! Directe omgeving vonden wij persoonlijk iets minder dan wat zuidelijker in Toscane (hier veel bomen), maar alles ligt goed dichtbij om te bezoeken!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Villa Scopetti. The grounds are beautiful, the pool is sparkling clean, and the jacuzzi was an added extra. The location is perfect for day trips to everywhere in the Chianti area. Marco was wonderful - he answered emails promptly, came to find us when we got lost on arrival, and helped us reclaim our daughters lost luggage. Our very young grandchildren appreciated the little house and slide and the grassy area. Would definitly recommend the villa for a relaxing holiday

Villa is beautiful, has everything you need. The surrounding area is, well it is Tuscany, so as beautiful as you would expect or have heard.Marco was brilliant providing tours and a taxi service when needed, only a call away. Had a problem with the water, one call and was dealt with within an hour.The only minor drawback for us, with only 1 driver, was due to the remoteness of the location walking to the villages meant partly strolling along a rather busy stretch of road so were restricted to using transport to get about. However, that aside, the rest of the holiday was perfect. The villa had plenty for the teenagers to keep occupied, wonderfully relaxing and only short journeys to Florence and all the beautiful sights and sounds of Tuscany.

The villa was perfect! Exactly like the pictures. We spent most of our time in the kitchen, as it is the center of house. Loved the pool! The air conditioning in the bedrooms was a life saver in July! The loccation was close to Florence, an easy drive, yet far enough away to feel secluded iin the hills of Tuscany. We did the pizza dinner, provided by the owner. It was beyond GREAT! There are several excellent restaurants nearby for our evening dinners. We would definitely come back to Casa Scopeti!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Marco gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and had suggestions for wine tasting. Being off the beaten path meant we saw deer and many birds.

We rented Casa Scopeti in San Casciano Val di Pesa for a family holiday and to celebrate a 50th birthday plus reunion. The house was fabulous. Great space and the garden,pool and spa were all well used by the group. The gardens are particularly beautiful and we all enjoyed the outdoors, even gave the pizza oven a go!! Much fun was had by all. Our sincere thanks to Marco and his family for organising the wood for the pizza oven, ensuring that the pool was well maintained and for being available to assist us. We had a fantastic holiday and would highly recommend Casa Scopeti. The town of San Casciano is delightful and we enjoyed lots of good meals, cafe and pastries too. The COOP provided all our essentials for meals at the villa. We loved every minute of our holiday. For those who have not experience fireflies, the lucciole gave us a lovely dance each evening and we were enchanted. Living la dolce vita is easy at Casa Scopeti. Michele and Mark - Australia

WHAT AN INCREDIBLE PROPERTY! We wanted an "out of the way", rustic farmhouse, but with some of the comforts of home and this was the place. This was far enough away from Florence that you felt like you were in the country, but close enough for fun in town. The owner's were delightful and non-intrusive. We had most of our meals in the well-appointed kitchen and were able to have friends over for a couple of cookouts by the pool. Simply fantastic experience!
