Located inside the ancient walls of this beautiful medieval village, the two apartments are equipped with every comfort and finely furnished to guarantee a unique athmosphere to our guests.
Their position is perfect to visit the nearby villages and cities all around Tuscany and Umbria..
Since the apartments are inside the village, they do not have their own parking. At about 50 metres away from the houses (walking through Porta Santa Maria or Porta Romana) there is a public parking.
At guests’ disposal: Air conditioning, Wi-Fi connection, Baby beds, Shops, craft shops, restaurant a few metres away from home
Distances: Cortona historical centre with all kind of services, great restaurants, any kind of shop a few metres away from the apartments, Arezzo 30 km away, Perugia 45 km away, Pienza 45 km away, Montalcino 65 k away, Siena 70 km away, Florence 120 km away.

Loved living within the walls of this hilltop town in an apartment under the timbered ceiling of yesteryear. This unit isn't for people with mobility issues as there are steps between rooms and into the bathroom, but if you can live with the quirkiness of that, you'll enjoy the space and the views it provides

Appartamento bellissimo, rifinito e curato in ogni dettaglio, fedelissimo a quello che si vede nelle foto. La ristrutturazione lo ha reso moderno dal punto di vista della tecnologia e delle infrastrutture, mantenendo però la magia del sapore di "antico".
La posizione è eccellente, in pieno centro a Cortona, ma lontano dalla confusione che si potrebbe creare nella piazza principale (raggiungibile a piedi in due minuti), e praticamente sopra l'ampio parcheggio pubblico gratuito.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Beautiful apartment, cared for in every detail, very faithful to what you see in the photos. The renovation made it modern from the point of view of technology and infrastructure, while maintaining the magic of the "ancient" flavor.
The location is excellent, in the center of Cortona, but away from the confusion that could be created in the main square (reachable on foot in two minutes), and practically above the large free public car park.
