Splendid swimming pool and outdoor areas. In a wood of pines and tall trees there is a beautiful swimming pool (6 x 12 m depth 0,80 - 2,00 m) with children area (2 m diameter, 0,40 depth). Down a short staircase there is a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower. This room has direct access to the garden and to the pool.
FIRST FLOOR: two double bedrooms, twin bedroom, two bathrooms with shower. A short staircase leads to a bright mansard with double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and to a panoramic terrace with beautiful view on Cortona.
