La propiedad puede acoger cómodamente 22 personas. Agriturismo Il Gattero está situada sólo 12 km de distancia de Peccioli (Italia), y sólo a 30 km de distancia desde San Gimignano.

Después de llegar será recibido por el propietario u ama de llaves y encontrará una estupenda propiedad limpia y acogedora perfecta para unas vacaciones relajantes en Toscana. Wij hebben genoten van een heerlijke vakantie bij gastheer Massimo! Hij weet als geen ander mensen met elkaar te verbinden door 2x per week voor zijn gasten te koken. Hier hebben wij ook steeds aan meegedaan en het waren keer op keer fantastische avonden met mooie ontmoetingen. De entourage van het complex is geweldig. de authentieke sfeer van de boerderij is behouden. De rust (waarnaar wij ook op zoek zijn tijdens onze vakantie) is optimaal. Géén geluiden van verkeer (heeeeeel af en toe een vliegtuig). Een heerlijk zwembad met genoeg ligbedden. Een mooie plek van waaruit de interessante plekjes van Toscane Kortom makkelijk zijn te bereiken. Kortom een heerlijke vakantie gehad in Toscane!

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] We enjoyed a wonderful vacation with our host Massimo! He knows better than anyone how to bring people together by cooking for his guests twice a week. We always joined in, and it was a fantastic evening every time, with wonderful encounters. The surroundings of the complex are amazing. The authentic atmosphere of the farm has been preserved. The peace and quiet (which we also look for during our vacation) is optimal. No traffic noise (just the occasional airplane). A lovely swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds. A beautiful location from which the interesting places in Tuscany are easy to reach. In short, we had a wonderful vacation in Tuscany!

The nicest family to stay at. The best view of Toscana from the apartment, and the pool. We saw Wild boars, golden eagles and lots of beautiful butterflies. From Il Gattero you can reach the most ancient and fascinating small villages within an hour by car. This is not just another place to stay, Massimo and his lovely family makes it feel like home.

Wij hebben erg genoten van het gastvrije verblijf bij Il Gattero! Het is prachtig gelegen bovenop de Toscaanse heuvels. Een ideale plek om tot rust te komen. De Toscaanse-/ en pizzaavond die worden verzorgd door Matteo en Massimo, zijn een aanrader! Tip: een koffiebar voor de ochtenduren en een broodjesservice zou het plaatje compleet maken, want de afstand naar een bakker is best ver.

Absolutely brilliant place. The family who run il Gattero did everything to make my stay as good as possible. The apartment was comfortable and clean.
I have a low to the ground car, which did not like the 3km private road, but it adds to the remoteness of il Gattero and makes it very serene.

Geweldige locatie en super gastvrije en vriendelijke familie. Qua ligging om dagtripjes te ondernemen ideaal, aangezien alles binnen een uur ongeveer te bereiken is (Lucca, Pisa, Livorno, Florence, Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano, maar ook kleinere plaatsjes in de omgeving zijn de moeite waard). Tweemaal per week kookt de familie voor de gasten (pizza-avond en toscaans diner), hetgeen echt de moeite waard is. Hierdoor direct contact met andere gasten in het appartementen complex.
De ligging is buitenaf op een heuvel waardoor rust echt aanwezig is. In september was het zwembad water al wat frisser, maar ook de moeite waard om een duik in te nemen.
De familie is erg vriendelijk en gastvrij, helpen je bij vragen en spreken diverse talen.
Zeker de intentie om nog weer terug te komen.

As a place to go for a daytrip, everything is within reach of an hour (Lucca, Pisa, Livorno, Florence, Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano, but also smaller places in the area are worthwhile). Twice a week the family cooks for the guests (pizza evening and Tuscan dinner), which is really worth it. This allows direct contact with other guests in the residence.
The location is outside on a hill which makes for a real rest. In September the pool water was a little bit fresher but also worth a dip.
The family is very friendly and welcoming, helping you with questions and speaking different languages.

(Плюсы) Чтобы почувствовать себя частью итальянской семьи и отдохнуть
от повседневной суеты стоит обязательно посетить превосходную
агротуристическую базу отдыха Gattero. Идеальное расположение в самом
сердце Северной части Тоскании, недалеко до Флоренции, Пизы, Сан
Джиминияно, Сиены, Лукки, др. Можно свободно общаться также по
английски или немецки. Идеальное место для отдыха с семьей или пары.
Вечернее стрекотание кузнечиков, пение птиц, свежий воздух,
превосходную вина, домашняя еда и незабываемый пейзажи холмов Тоскании
окружают это место. Сервис высокого уровня (мы снимали 4-местные
апартаменты) на партере 2 спальни, кухня (посуда, столовые
принадлежности предоставлены), просторный сан. узел, на окнах сетки от
мошек и комаров. На этаже письменный стол и диван. Возле дома бассейн,
на террасе столик и оборудование для гриля.
(Минусы) добраться туда возможно только на машине, от асфальтовой
дороги 3 км по гравию, возвращались домой перед закатом, интернет
только у главного здания (мы жили в отдельном домике на 2 семьи).
При резервации стоит проверить входит ли интернет, уборка и
постеленное белье в стоимость проживания.

Pojechałyśmy do Toskanii w 3 (wiek ok.30 lat), nastawione na imprezy i zakupy. Agroturystykę Gattero wybrałyśmy ze względu na położenie w samym sercu Toskanii, jako świetną bazę wypadową. Na początku szok i niedowierzanie- trafiłyśmy na koniec świata, tam nawet nie było sąsiadów! a następnego ranka pokochałyśmy to miejsce za spokój i przepiękne widoki. Jeśli wrócę do Toskanii, to tylko do Gattero, na "nasze wzgórze", jak zwykłyśmy je nazywać. Całość składa się z kilku budynków,my trafiłyśmy do nowego apartamentu w osobnym budynku (nie głównym)- warunki rewelacyjne, wszystko nowe, czyste, w pełni urządzona kuchnia, apartament składał się z 2 sypialni, kuchni, łazienki, przedpokoju i poddasza na relaks.Do tego widok na toskańskie wzgórza oliwkowe, miejsce do grillowania, basen i przemili właściciele i ich synowie, którzy stawali na głowie, żeby nasz pobyt był przyjemny- dostawałyśmy np. świeże pomidory z ich ogrodu, dokoła rosną różne zioła... no sielanka :) plus świetna baza wypadowa na północną część Toskanii.
