Appartamento bellissimo, rifinito e curato in ogni dettaglio, fedelissimo a quello che si vede nelle foto. La ristrutturazione lo ha reso moderno dal punto di vista della tecnologia e delle infrastrutture, mantenendo però la magia del sapore di "antico".
La posizione è eccellente, in pieno centro a Cortona, ma lontano dalla confusione che si potrebbe creare nella piazza principale (raggiungibile a piedi in due minuti), e praticamente sopra l'ampio parcheggio pubblico gratuito.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Beautiful apartment, cared for in every detail, very faithful to what you see in the photos. The renovation made it modern from the point of view of technology and infrastructure, while maintaining the magic of the "ancient" flavor.
The location is excellent, in the center of Cortona, but away from the confusion that could be created in the main square (reachable on foot in two minutes), and practically above the large free public car park.

There were several problems we encountered, listed in the order of priority to us:
1) the heat was turned on too high druing the whole time, and it was like a bath house! So we had to sleep with open windows in order to make it bearable. But during the high winds the windows kept closing and it was impossible to sleep. We kept asking the lady but she did not know how to make the heat lower. Finally, after several days the manager showed up and showed us how to turn thermostat down. But even after we turned it down all the way, the heater kept running and it was still too hot inside!
2) We were charged more than $100 (I think) for heating in addition to the rental price and to the cleaning fee. We asked to turn the heat off completely and remove that extra charge, but it was denied. It was lowered (i think) 20 or 30 pounds, but it was still excessive, especially considereing the problem we had (see above).
3) The stove was quite difficult to operate: we had to fidget with it a few min every time in order to make coffee, etc.: it required to turn on the gas fuse (or valve?) located under the kitchen sink, and even after it was turned on, it was still difficult to light up the burner.
4) It was nice to get a bottle of wine:) It would also be nice to have some basic kitchen stuff, like coffee and tea, and oil and sugar for simple cooking. Also, soap detergent or liquid soap for the kitchen sink?
5) the light on the one side of the bed was not working.
6) The apartment itself was quite nice and spacious, and pictures showed it correctly.¿Recomendaría esta propiedad a un amigo? Sí

The villa is beautiful with an excellent view. But what was not advertised and understood is that one room is on a separate floor, completely different from the rest of the people staying. We visited in November and in the villa there were lot of bugs, they were not harmful but it was pleasant. Also, the heating was necessary as it is an old building and stone walls do not hold the heat well. I returned cold from our stay. The rooms downstairs do not catch wifi really well so it was not good. Also, the heating was 5 euros per hour so it was quite expensive. However, the villa had all we could need and use. Beautiful view, great location and good communication. It must be amazing place to rent during summer, but when the temperatures drop, I would not recommend this property.

After Initial check in no one followed up on how we were doing. We rent our beach house VROB and always reach out an ensure our guests they have everything they need .

Siamo stati benissimo. Ottima location. Eravamo due famiglie di 4 persone con figli adolescenti.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in Bulleri. Stefano war ein toller Gastgeber, wie auch das Ambiente des alten, urigen Gebäudes, das den Charakter eines Landhauses authentisch widerspiegelt.
Die Nähe zu den touristischen Spot ist klasse, der Supermarkt hier im Ort, zu Fuß in ca. 30 Minuten durch die Weinberge erreichbar.
Die Ausstattung des Hauses war klasse, wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten, wo allen Dingen viel Platz für 12 Personen.
Auch die Möglichkeit, den Pool im Oktober zu nutzen war wunderbar - an kühleren Tagen konnten wir die offene Feuerstelle nutzen.

The proximity to the tourist spots is great, the supermarket here in town can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes through the vineyards.
The equipment of the house was great, we had everything we needed and plenty of space for 12 people.
