Een gezellig rustiek appartement met lekker veel ruimte binnen en een mooi groot en schoon zwembad met genoeg bedjes en parasols.
En Luigi is echt een hele vriendelijke man. Bedankt Luigi voor alles!
An outstanding place to stay in Tuscany! I am so happy we chose to rent this property….three weeks in the summer was a bucket list fulfilled….to live for a bit in Italy, not just a night or two here and there. The property is better than the pictures show. A very old villa, extremely well maintained. We had 11 kids and grandkids the first week, 7 the second week, and 4 adult couples the third week. Ample room, large enough kitchen, great unique bedrooms, the pool was very well used and enjoyed every day. Owners Sonia, Mirco, and Debra were very accessible, took care of minor issues when they occurred, were so very helpful and made our stay very special. The nearby town of San Donato was very cool…medieval streets and buildings, three great restaurants, a cafe for coffee in the morning or gelato later in the day, walking distance from the Villa…..very cool. Also a smallish COOP food store….think small grocery store but with cheeses, meats, produce, wine….all you need ….although we did head to nearby Poggibonsi a couple of times to shop at a truly large grocery with many more choices. Highly recommend having a rental car as we used it often to visit nearby towns, many winery visits, and trips to the Airport to pick up and deliver our guests. Thank you Debra, Mirco and Sonia. You are the best!
Rustikale geräumige Unterkunft in sehr ruhiger Lage. Sehr solide Bausubstanz. Zugang ebenerdig, Terrasse und Garten vor der Tür. Direkter Zugang zum Wanderweg nach Castelfranco. Mückenmittel nicht vergessen. Zufahrt über Schotterstraße. Freundliche, unkomplizierte Vermieter.
Nous avons passé 2 semaines magnifiques dans cette superbe maison. Tout était juste parfait et le propriétaire Tiziano et sa famille ont été vraiment adorable encore merci à eux
The villa is pretty nice and the large garden is really beautiful. The location is great as it is quite close to Lucca. However, we found the bathrooms and kitchen to be a bit basic, not what you would expect for the money you pay. The owners, who live under the same roof, were very responsive and helpful when we needed something or had questions.
Tolles Anwesen in Top-Qualität in absolut ruhiger Lage aber trotzdem nur wenige Kilometer von Orten wie z.B. Follonica entfernt. Supermarkt in 2-3 km Entfernung auch Sa. Und So. geöffnet. Sehr großer Pool mit Top-Wartung und Wasserqualität. Das zum Anwesen gehörende Weingut bietet tolle Weine und Olivenöle zu sehr fairenPreisen an. Service freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hat allen von 4 - 64 super gut gefallen.
