We stayed 7 nights from 1-8 September 2012. This is a beuatifully furnished property and a perfect location only a few minutes walk from the town centre. The facilities were great although the kitchen was rather small to cater for people but this was a minor draback and didn't spoil our stay. The owner and people looking after the property were friendly and helpful especially when we asked asked if another 2 people could stay in a house advertsied as sleeping up to 7.It also had good secure offstreet parking. Th dining outside and availability of a pool made the holiday a fantastic experience.

Wunderschön in der Umgebung ist die Besichtigung von Arezzo, Siena und Montepulciano. Für alle Weinliebhaber hat es jede menge decustationis.

Wij hebben genoten van de gastvrijheid en de attenties van de eigenaar. De villa was prachtig met een riant zwembad en schitterend uitzicht,de barbecue is echt zo mooi als op de fotoos. Enige minpuntje was de keukenapparatuur, een tikje oud en niet alles werkte goed,het bedden- en linnengoed was wel schoon maar zag er niet fris wit uit, wel jammer omdat de prijs toch wel aan de hoge kant is. Ondanks deze minpuntjes toch een echte aanrader.

The villa was lovely with a large swimming pool and stunning views, the barbecue is really as beautiful as the pictures show. Only minus was the kitchen, a bit old and not everything worked well, the linens were clean but did not look crisp white, a pity because the price is on the high side. There were 4 of us,we had wonderful stay,the villa is small but big enough for 4 persons and the view is absolutly outstanding,Ms Daniela was very nice and helpful,we definitly recommend this house to spend quiet time.The road up the house is a challenge but it is an attraction too.Ewa,Marek,Lucia,Krzysztof

Das Haus ist schön. Der Vermieter/Verwalter war aber ausgesprochen unhöflich und hat unter anderem Personenkontrollen nachts um 22.30 durchgeführt. Das Misstrauen, welches uns entgegen gebracht wurde, war absolut unerträglich. Der Vermieter muss sein Verhalten unbedingt überdenken. Wenn er ein Problem damit hat, dass junge Menschen das Haus mieten, soll er dies doch im Vornherein klar stellen - man hätte sich dann anderweitig umsehen können.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] The house is beautiful. The owner / manager was extremely rude and, among others, has conducted checks on persons at 22.30 in the evening. This distrust against us was absolutely unbearable. The landlord must rethink his behavior necessarily. If he has a problem with the fact that young people rent the house, he should make it clear in the outset - we would have booked elsewhere.

Great view of San Gimignano. Nice location just out of town (car recommended). Owner is very friendly and helpful. Kitchen was well-equipped and internet connection was good.

Wunderschönes Haus, absolute Privatsphäre! Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool wird sehr regelmässig gereinigt ohne das man es merkt(morgen sehr früh) Die Übergsbe und Abnahme klappte hervorragend. Der Weg ist mit einem Sportwagen zu meistern ohne jegliches Aufsetzen oder Kratzer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Auch die Sehenswürdikeiten sind in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen. Wir würden wiederkommen!
