Great place and hosts, highly recommended!
The only thing I can advise is to talk about the house heating before your arrival if you come in the colder part of the year, because the first night was too cold.
Mit kleinen Mängeln für Deutsche Gäste. Es gibt keine Kaffeemaschine, keinen Wasserkocher, keine Heizquelle von April-Oktober, (wir hatten Ende April 10 Grad), keinen Backofen, Toaster nur auf Nachfrage. Bis San Gimignano ca. 3km, im Ort ist es immer knapp an Parkplätzen. Am Besten Früh in die Stadt. fahren. Achtung an alle Hundebesitzer, es gibt wahnsinnig viele Zecken!
Es wird nur Englisch o. Italienisch gesprochen
Very well maintained for an authentic villa. Owners were very helpful. A few upgrades on furniture, kitchen utensils, TV set etc. would be in order. Would definitely reccommend it.
We had a very nice time in Alice. We stayed there for a week with 6 adults and 3 children. It is a nice, large, house, with a very pleasant,large garden and a nice swimmingpool. It's is very central in Toscany, which makes it easy to visit Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and Pisa.
The house was great to stay! There is a nice swimming pool and the view is very nice. The house is big and the bathrooms are clean. There should be a dog but we did not see him. Only there wasn't wifi, but we could use it from the house boss if we went outside. It was a great pleasure to stay at Pozzo Dei Desideri!
Everything is more beautiful than on the pictures. We were very satisfied with the house, accommodation, environment ....
