A lovely spacious villa. The outside eating area was great and the swimming pool fantastic. The owners were very friendly and helpful. A wonderful location, we would definitely recommend it.
We can't recommend Palazzo Rosadi highly enough. The stay exceeded our expectations in every way. First, the Palazzo and the grounds are even more beautiful than is conveyed in the pictures. The gardens and pool are extremely well kept, and the pool is 10 meters long, and comfortable for swimming laps. The best part of the stay however is the Rosadi family itself. The property has been in the family for centuries, and the house for hundreds of years. They love the property and it shows. We were welcomed as members of the family in every way. When Rosado Rosadi says Buongiorno my good friend, he means it. He provided us with tips and insights on everything, took us on a tour of a Franciscan monastery we never would otherwise have seen and essentially did whatever was necessary to make our stay enjoyable, without in any way intruding on our privacy. The area is filled with "gems" in small historic towns and castles that you would never otherwise visit, from the Madonna del Parto in Monterchi to the recently discovered (after 500 years sitting unrecognized) Donatello sculpture in nearby Citerna, to the amazing Franciscan monastery/castle at La Verna. We thought we would be yearning for more time in the big cities, but we had more than enough to do in three weeks with only one day trip to Florence. This was a fabulous experience!!!
Sehr schön gelegen an einem Berghang zwischen Rufina und Acone. Ein Kleinod mit sehr schönen und stilvollen Appartments mitten in einem prächtigen Olivenhain. Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück, italienisch üppiges Abendessen begleitet von köstlichem Wein. Allein das hier produzierte Olivenöl ist schon die Reise wert.

Prima appartement,schoon, goed onderhouden, mooi schoon zwembad, vriendelijke eigenaren. Handige locatie om naar Lucca of Pisa te gaan. Rustig dorpje mooi uitzicht op de bergen

Wir sind zwei Familien mit 4 Kindern und freuten uns sehr, daß das Haus noch schöner als in den Fotos dargestellt war, insbesondere die Badezimmer. Wir freuten uns auch, daß wir eine Waschmaschine sowie Geschirrspüler, fast neuwertig, benützen konnten. Ein Tipp wäre Geschirrspültabs, Wasch- und Spülmittel, Müllsäcke etc. mitzubringen. Der Pool ist herrlich und bietet ausreichend Platz zum Schwimmen und Herumtollen. Ein kleines Highlight ist die Beleuchtung des Pools bei Nacht. Bei Schlechtwetter bieten sowohl die Überdachte Terasse und das großzügige Wohnzimmer im ersten Stock ausreichend Platz. Obwohl das gemeinsame Kochen in der Küche Spaß machte, benutzten wir öfter den großen Holzkohlegrill. Sara und Ricardo waren überaus freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Ein großes Danke für diese wunderschöne Woche. Auf alle Fälle sollte man den sehr sehr guten Wein verkosten und es gibt auch ein ausgezeichnetes selbstgemachtes Olivenöl. Ein kleiner Tipp ist auch das PinRose (Restaurant nur 5 min entfernt) in dem wir sehr herzlich empfangen wurden und sehr gut gegessen haben.

We were also happy that we could use a washing machine and dishwasher, both almost new. A tip would be to bring dishwasher tablets, soaps, garbage bags etc. The pool is lovely and has enough room to swim and frolic. A little highlight is the lighting of the pool at night. In case of bad weather, both the porch and the spacious living room on the first floor offer enough space. Although cooking together in the kitchen made fun, we used often the large charcoal grill. Sara and Riccardo were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. A big thank you for this wonderful week. In any case, you should taste the very good wine and the excellent homemade olive oil. A small tip is also the PinRose (a restaurant only 5 minutes away) where we were warmly welcomed and ate very well.
Nice house and the area is beautiful. The walk to the pool requires climbing a steep hill. At the poolside a number of beds are broken. The owner can improve by providing written instructions how to use the equipment as washing machine, provide touristic info about the area, etc. He only took 5 minutes to handover the keys and was leaving.

Regarding the quick key handover, this was probably due to the fact that on this day many guests were checking in at the same time.
Regarding the tourist information and instructions for using the washing machine: the caretaker is always at the guests disposal and they can contact him at any time.
It was the highlight of or Italian journey....Great location, fantastic apartment with a great welcome by the owners.
