La casa di Annarita si trova in un grazioso borgo ristrutturato in località Valagnesi ed è a circa 5 km. dal paese di Pratovecchio.La pace e la tranquillità sono assicurati!La casa ha un sapore rustico e come tale va considerata,anche se necessita di un po' di manutenzione. Annarita è molto disponibile ed è un'ottima cuoca!Ha preparato per noi(12 persone)una cena tipica veramente gustosa (ad un prezzo ottimo) e ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra! All'arrivo ci aspettava una torta molto buona per la colazione e un vasetto di marmellata fatta in casa!Con qualche piccolo accorgimento nella manutenzione la casa può diventare un luogo di grande relax e mi auguro che Annarita corregga quelle piccole imperfezioni che sminuiscono il valore della sua casa. Concludendo, la nostra vacanza è stata splendida !!

Das Beste am Haus ist die Lage. Von fast jedem Zimmer und der toll ausgestatteten Terrasse hat man einen sensationellen Blick auf die Küstenorte bis hin zum Meer. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und sehr gepflegt. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Der Pool selbst ist etwas älter aber gut gepflegt und sauber. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet mit antiken Möbeln, Bildern und Dekorationen. Die Bäder sind geschmackvoll, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist der Küchenbereich, den wir nicht sehr gepflegt vorgefunden haben. Trotzdem war die Ausstattung gut: Großer Kühlschrank, große Töpfe, genug Geschirr, so dass wir für unsere Großfamilie mit 15 Personen gut kochen konnten. Ein kleiner weiterer Kritikpunkt ist, dass zwar eine Waschmaschine vorhanden war, wir sie aber trotz Anfrage beim Vermieter nicht nutzen konnten. Insgesamt waren wir begeistert und sehr zufrieden!

Sehr einfache, aber funktionale Ausstattung. Spielplatz müsste mal erneuert werden, viele kaputte Teile. Aber sehr nette Gastgeber. Die Tiere sind sehr interessant für kleine Kinder.

The property was absolutely beautiful! The hosts and caretakers were helpful and very gracious. Our only issue was the directions to find the villa. It was nearly impossible to find on your own. The owner had to meet us on one of the main roads. Otherwise an exceptional experience!

A lovely little village in the heart of Tuscany. Friendly locals and great views. The house was charming and the service from the owners excellent.

This was a wonderful getaway from the hubbub of the crowded sites of Tuscany. The castle is in close proximity to many of those sites, especially if you have a car, and the setting couldn't find more idyllic Chianti country if you tried. The premises itself is grand, a touch austere and yet very comfortable. The staff is pleasant and helpful and the onsite restaurant and bar actually offers very good fare at a fairly reasonable price. My wife, teenaged kids and I all enjoyed Montegufoni enormously and are likely to return!

Gorgeous villa in a beautiful location with stunning views. Very quiet and peaceful. We received a warm and friendly welcome when we arrived. Sad to leave and will definitely return!
