Beautiful view and great location with easy access to the lively harbour. The appartment is very practical and has a lot of charm. On the down side, can be noisy and a bit distant from the beaches.

Very positive overall :
What we liked : Charming house in the middle of the nature. Very nice decoration. Super nice villages in the countryside. Open access old thermal station of Saturnia 10 minutes away. Very nice cleaning lady coming 3 times a week. Fantastic scenery 360 degree. Very responsive rental agency to prepare the trip.2 hours from Pisa, 2 hours from Rome. 1 hour to Ovietto. 15 min from Montemerano.
What we liked less : no air conditioning which is an issue in the bedrooms at night. Very isolated (10 minutes of gravelled path to get to the closest road / 17 minutes to the village),it can be an issue in case of emergency. No bare foot walking passage from terrass to swimming pool. Swimming pool a bit narrow.¿Recomendaría esta propiedad a un amigo? Sí

Truly special spot, you feel as if you have the valley to yourself, but are only minutes away from Greve. The host is very gracious. Highly recommended.

Two relaxing weeks in the unique setting of La Fonte: beautiful and very well kept house and garden, large swimming pool in a fanstatic scenery and three different places around the house to have our meals with a barbecue we can only dream of at home... We had a wonderful holiday and were taken very well care of by Lorena and Roberto who passed by regularly to make sure the house stayed clean and the garden and swimming pool were kept in good shape. Highly recommended!!

Très belle villa avec beaucoup de commodités
Très bonne situation
Propriétaires très sympa
Par contre soucis avec la piscine ( problème dermatologique chez les enfants) et problème assez sérieux de pression d'eau dans la villa

Het is een heel fijn huis geschikt voor 14 personen. Alleen de keuken daar valt niet te werken of te koken voor een groot groep mensen zoals wij hadden. De afwasmachine was stuk toen wij aankwamen en toen gerepareerd en nog steeds kapot en niet meer vervangen. Dat was een slechte zaak.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] It's a very nice house suitable for 14 people. Only in the kitchen it's difficult to work or to cook for a large group of people as we had. The dishwasher was broken when we arrived and then repaired and still broken and not replaced. That was a bad thing.

We had two wonderful weeks holiday in an amazing beautiful italian home. With more than enough space for al of us and a lovely pool we used from morning till evening. With the small village really nearby, al the shops close at hand.

The Villa was fabulous, Perfect location and exceptionally clean, we had a few electrical ;problems during or stay but gabriela our manager was very prompt with solving them.

The view from the house over the valley is awesome, but the road towards the top of mountain is 'adventurous' and quite challenging. Swimming pool is super. ALso the help and service from the house-owner was great. Number of comfortable seats in and around the house was not sufficient for all the guests. Insect screens at windows and doors were damaged. Its own pizza-oven is a valuable asset of the house and makes delicious pizza's. Worth trying.

Very pleasant house for 6 persons. Well maintained and functional. Great location.
