Villa Raffaela was very nice and stylish, with all modern comfort you could wish. the Villa was situated in a charming area with old classic Villas and 2 Italian restaurants within very good food and prices 100m from the Villa. Only 10 min drive to the beach. Family of the owner lived in neighbor house and was very friendly and helpful if we needed any info or help. My family loved our holiday staying at Villa Raffaela, and would warmly recommend it to you to.
Wir waren im Juli 2016 eine Woche in der tollen Casa Lucia. Es hat uns prima gefallen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Landschaftlicher Ausblick und Pool sind toll. Empfehlenswert!
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] We stayed one week in July 2016 in the nice Casa Lucia. We liked it just fine. The landlords were very friendly and accommodating. Everything met our expectations. Scenic views and pool are great. Recommended!
We found the place and the house exactly as it was presented on the site pictures + a great welcome from the owners.
Globally we spent a very good week in the middle of the olive trees and Chianti wineyards. It is a very good location to stay quite and simultaneously we are close to numerous places and villages for visits.
The house and the swimming pool area are very pleasant to rest and take good time.
We loved this home in Cortona! It had a great location right on the main street, steps from the shuttle and taxi drop-off area. The home is organized vertically with a stone stairwell that spirals up the center. The bathrooms and kitchen have been updated. And, the view from the home is stunning! You can walk to a park, restaurants, and stores. The owners were very kind and helpful. We hope to return someday!
The staff was invisible, bed in one bedroom was incredibly unstable and squeaky, like lying on a waterbed, when one moves, the whole bed moves, the internet was anoyingly slow. We asked why, and the answer was that it was for free, that was the reason why. For the first time in 10 years we exprienced no change of linnen and no cleaning after one week.

The apartment had almost everything we could wish for, it was almost perfect. The property was wery well kept and have never seen a cleaner pool.
[Counter comment from the owner] There is a new WiFi provider now and the WiFi is now working correctly. Regarding the linens, it's probably a misunderstanding. The sheets and towels are always changed after 1 week but the guests have to pick up the clean set at the reception desk. The bed has been fixed, unfortunately the guests did not inform us during their stay otherwise it would have been fixed immediately.
Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen auf dem Podere San Bono verbracht.
Die 2 Wohnungen sind zweckmässig eingerichtet und für den Urlaub genau richtig. Ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen sind die Bäder, bei denen eine kleine Renovation nicht schaden würde. Hat uns jedoch nicht so gestört.
Die Besitzerfamilie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die selbstgemachten Picci‘s al Ragout waren Weltklasse.
Das Highlight war der Pool. Gross und genug Platz für 6-9 Personen. Das Gazebo ist ideal um zu essen oder den Abend bei spielen zu verbringen.

The service from the owner was excellent, and we enhoyed a full week with sunabthing, swimming and barbecue. We will be back sooner or later. Thanks again!
