Die Unterkunft liegt sehr schön und hat einen sehr großen Außenbereich. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß, um auch ein paar Bahnen zu schwimmen.
Die Wohnungen sind liebevoll hergerichtet. Die Vermieterin ist supernett und sehr hilfsbereit.
Das einzig störende ist, dass ein paar Meter hinter dem Haus eine Schnellstraße vorbeiführt und das Geräusch der Straße auch nachts zu hören ist.

The apartments are nicely decorated. The landlady is super nice and very helpful.
The only drawback is that a few meters behind the house leads a freeway and the noise of the road can also be heard at night.
We've stayed in Rustico Chiasso for 2 weeks and we loved it. The house has everything you need and is very clean. In the garden you have a BBQ, terrases and a 5x10m super swimming pool. The owners were so nice and friendly. We have booked other holiday houses in the past, but this house is the best we ever had!
Nice farmhouse, with easy access to main Tuscany attractions - Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Chianti etc.
Adv: good location (Pistoa is a fantastic city - make sure you do not miss it), nice and big house with 2 kitchens (important if you travel with many people), and 6 rooms. Comfortable for 12 people + 4 babies. Absolutely fantastic garden and super nice swimming pool with amazing view - we spent lots of time around it !
Disadv: very, very close to the motorway. The unique farmhouse location on the hill ensures that you won't see the motorway (even though it is literally 100m away) but you will hear it. After 2 days, we got used to that and we didn't hear that anymore. Definitely not disturbing, but good to know. Cleaning: Despite the 150 E fee for cleaning, you still need to ensure you take the bottles out (owner follows some strict garbage recycling rules and you are asked to follow the same) and clean the kitchens. Otherwise you might not get your deposit back.
Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances avec notre famille composée de 6 adultes à la villa IL SORBO. Les chambres sont spacieuses , les lits confortables , la cuisine bien achalandée. Le wifi a parfois quelques faiblesses mais il ne faut pas oublier que la villa est situé à flanc de montagne d'ou la belle vue . Les abords sont très soignés et fleuries .Il y a un grand barbecue et une grande terrasse pour tous les repas .La piscine entourée de gazon n'est pas vraiment faite pour les tous petits (profondeur 1.50 m partout) , il y a suffisamment de transats et quelques bestioles dont il faut s’accommoder (abeilles et quelques mouches et taons selon les jours) mais rien de dramatique et nous avons franchement bien profité de la piscine. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la Toscane ; Florence,Sienne, Arezzo, Cortone, la route du chianti,le val d'Orcia ...
Nous remercions David et Lucca pour leur gentillesse, leur miel, leur huile d'olive , leurs figues et pour leur présence efficace si nécessaire.
Bref nous avons été enchantés par ce séjour au cœur de la Toscane ; nous en garderons un très bon souvenir

As previous guests mentioned: do bring earplugs for the neighbour's dog(s) at night... And perhaps a high enough car to traverse the mountain road up there. All the rest was near perfection - they have a Sonos sound system all over the place, which is fantastic and wasn't even mentioned on the website. Cool pool, nice view, comfortable and clean rooms and so many little details, like descriptions on the light switches. Great place to have a great holiday!
Meravigliosa accoglienza da parte del Sig. Dino che è molto premuroso nei confronti degli ospiti. La casa è bella con un panorama fantastico. Consigliatissimo!

Brilliant villa - everything we had expected from the photos and description and more... we loved the large infinity pool (wifi everywhere including the pool!)and the views are absolutely stunning. Very quiet, very private - an idyllic holiday home...
A lovely comfortable well equipped villa. Excellent location for touring the area. The view from the private backyard is stunning at any time of day or night. The two rooms are separated by the entry pathway and although unusual, this just seems to work. On one side, you have a fully equipped kitchen that seats four, a spacious bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom with shower, albeit small but tastefully updated. The separate living room has a comfy couch and chairs for TV viewing if you want. We spent our time on the covered patio to enjoy the views and the frequent visits from the owner,s two lovely dogs who would come to play or just hangout. Attached to living room, there is a shed, as spotless as the villa, with a washing machine for you to use if needed. No dryer but who needs that with the hot Tuscan sun. Marco is a great host, and living next door, he was always ready to help if needed, but never encroached on our privacy, this is a truly wonderful place to enjoy Tuscany
