Beautiful property in our favorite area of Tuscany near Montalcino. The rooms are very comfortable and there is lots of space within the villa for a larger group. Beautifully furnished with antiques, the villa is very well maintained and there are lots of areas on the property to enjoy sitting outside or by the pool. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and there are fresh herbs on the property. Mari, the caretaker for the property, is a wonderful cook and we enjoyed the dinner that she made for us the first night that we arrived at the villa. She was also very helpful to two in our group whose luggage was delayed arriving from the U.S. Mari is a wonderful hostess and makes this a special property.
This was our first trip to Italy and we took a chance on this location! This villa was amazing! Our party of 4 couples thoroughly enjoyed the entire stay. Spacious, comfortable, authentic Tuscany style and beautiful vistas from every location. The caretakers, Raphael and Marinella made everything comfortable and helped with everything from directions to recommendations! Marinella is a fabulous chef (better than any restaurant we tried!) and having dinner cooked for you at night is the ultimate in luxury! We even had a visit by the owner of the villa! He is a gem! We have nothing but positive comments about this villa and our stay. Make sure you rent an All Wheel Drive vehicle, as the access road is dirt and pretty bumpy! But it was worth it!
Very nice place to stay. Close to the main sightseeing places. Very quite, with incredible views on the surrounding land. The owner is very friendly and the apartment is clean and nicely equipped and functional. We had a very pleasant stay and would like to come back again.
Thank you very much for the pleasure to spend a week in this Villa. Everything that was promised by your company and the owner has been provided. The only problem that has arisen is the supply of hot water. This problem was very quickly solved by your representative. And do Ian a huge thank you for the support meeting, the decision of all questions. As a small drawback I would like to note that the first time at the house is not easy to find. I'd pay attention to that! Thanks again!

Anlage top gepflegt. Allein die Geschirr und Besteckausstattung für 4 Personen ist etwas dürftig, wenn man nicht 2 mal am Tag die Spülmaschine anstellen will....

Awesome location and views right by the Duomo, close to everything - train, busses, L'accademie, River...up high but Andrew carried our bags for us :) Can't recommend it enough!
