Sehr sauberes in einer Wohngegend gelegenes Haus. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolle Küche die sehr zum selber kochen einlädt allerdings haben wir viele Küchenutensilien vermisst. Z.B. Wasserkocher, Toaster, Pfannenwender, Salatbesteck usw....! Viel Stauraum in der Küche aber nichts war drin. Wir haben daraus geschlossen, dass die Vermieter wohl eher auf italienische Gäste eingestellt sind, die nicht frühstücken und eher essen gehen. So gab es nicht mal eine Reibe für Parmesan und auch keine Weingläser. Beides hat uns die Vermieterin aber sofort gebracht. Also sehr bemüht und aufmerksam, dass es den Gästen gut geht. Kurze Nachricht per Whatsapp und am nächsten Tag war es schon da. Das war wirklich prima. Aber wir wollten nicht jedes mal wenn wir was vermissten was sagen. Auf jeden Fall sollte hier nachgebessert werden. Ein paar Schränke und Fächer waren nicht zugänglich da dort augenscheinlich private Sachen drin befanden und wahrscheinlich auch genau die Sachen, die wir vermissten. Leider gab es auch keine Liegen oder Sonnenstühle für den Garten. Wir waren zwar jeden Tag am Strand aber gegen Frühabend hätten wir uns gerne nochmal 1 Stündchen mit einem Aperol Spritz in den Garten gelegt. Den haben wir übrigens aus den riesigen Kaffeebechern getrunken da es keine geeigneten Gläser gab.
Parken war im Hof möglich oder auf dem Grundstück gegenüber. Auch für größere Fahrzeug geeignet. Dort parkten auch die ,übrigens sehr netten, italienischen Nachbarn. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bäcker waren mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Strand (auch freier Strand) in Forte dei Marmi in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Wir sind allerdings immer nach Viareggio (ca. 8-10 km) zum Strand gefahren da wir dort einen Bagno fanden der auch mit etwas größeren Hunden kein Problem hatte. "B. Lido" hieß er Vorsicht! Es gab 2 die Lido hießen. Für Tagesausflüge nach Pisa, Lucca, Lerici oder La Spezia ist die Autobahn sehr schnell erreichbar. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen. Wir fanden es toll.

Great kitchen which is very inviting to cook but we missed a lot of kitchen utensils. For example, Kettle, toaster, spatula, salad servers etc ....! Lots of storage space in the kitchen but nothing was in it. We conclude that the landlords are more likely to be prepared for Italian guests who do not have breakfast and are more likely to eat outdoors. So there was not even a grater for Parmesan and no wine glasses. The landlady has brought us both immediately. So very attentive, that the guests are doing well. Short message via Whatsapp and the next day it was already there. That was really great. But we did not want to say something every time we missed something. In any case, should be improved here. A few closets and compartments were not accessible as there were apparently private items in there and probably also the items we missed. Unfortunately there were no chairs for the garden. Although we were every day at the beach but against early evening we would have liked again 1 hour with an Aperol spritz in the garden. By the way, we drank it from the huge coffee cups because there were no suitable glasses.
Parking was possible in the yard or on the property opposite. Also suitable for larger vehicles. There parked also, by the way, very nice, Italian neighbors. Shops and bakers were within a 5 minute drive. Beach (also free beach) in Forte dei Marmi in 10 minutes reachable. However, we always went to Viareggio (about 8-10 km) to the beach because we found a Bagno there was no problem even with slightly larger dogs. "B. Lido" it was called but pay attention since there were 2 called the Lido. For day trips to Pisa, Lucca, Lerici or La Spezia, the highway is very fast. All in all very recommendable. We loved it.
Villa très propre et des propriétaires très gentlls et à l'écoute des gens. De la part de l'agence nous avons toujours eu de bonnes infos. Je conseillerai cette location à des amis.

Villa was perfect, the village was so peaceful and the people very friendly and helpful.
Irene was the most thoughtful and helpful host I have ever known. Her local knowledge and information made such a difference to our somewhat random plan. Such a beautiful area and staying at Il Pigionale made it a fantastic holiday. Thank you, Irene.
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo meraviglioso Borgo per qualche giorno una vera oasi di pace.
Appartamenti puliti e ben tenuti , forse in alcuni sarebbe servita l'aria condizionata, non mancava proprio nulla , i proprietari disponibili e gentili.

Clean and well kept apartments, maybe some could have done with air conditioning, nothing was missing, the owners are helpful and kind.
I would certainly recommend it.
Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit im Haus Sweet Maremma. Das Haus und der Pool ist genau so wie aus den Fotos beschrieben . Der Pool ist richtig groß und das Haus hat alles was man benötigt . Wer Ruhe sucht , findet sie dort . Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit .
Unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohlgefühlt ( es ist nicht komplett eingezäunt , darauf sollte man achten )

The pool is really big and the house has everything you need. If you are looking for peace, you will find it there. The landlords are very nice and helpful.
Our dog felt very comfortable (it is not completely fenced, you should pay attention).
The setting for this property is incredible. It feels like you are miles away from the world on a hilltop in Tuscany but it is actually about 5-min from town and a major grocery. A very convenient location. The owners are fantastic. We arrived much later than expected and they opened the kitchen and made a light dinner for my family of 6. We loved everything about our stay here. Thank you!
Wonderful castle with great grounds, restaurant, pool and personnel. We had an exceptional stay and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. As we slept on the third floor, we had to use fans to combat the June heat but the rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. We wholeheartedly recommend the facility.
It is a very beautiful castle with lovely scenic views. We were there in June. The rooms were very spacious and nice. It is very accessible to other towns in Tuscany. The staff was very helpful throughout our stay. The only problem we had was the mosquitoes. We had our windows shut throughout the nights although a few managed to come through..otherwise everything else was great!
