The Villa is spectacular. Things you should know:1. Villa Del Pozzo is a separate Villa but is part of a larger Property with other Villas. 2. The staff at the Reception area, Maria and Rossanne were fabulous and could not have been more helpful. 3. The Pool was great for relaxing after a terrific day of touring the surrounding sites but make sure you bring Bug Spray as the mosquitos do come out at dusk. 4. The 3 bedroom suites are large and comfortable. 5. If you have them send a chef to prepare a meal, you will be amazed at how good it is.

Cependant, les équipements sont fatigués et mériteraient d’être renouvelés (verres à vin tous dépareillés, pas de bouilloire ni de cafetière si ce n’est 1 vieille cafetière italienne très sale et entartrée,
Salle de bain : très vieux sèche cheveux, portique gel douche rouillé, rideau douche 1er prix plastique blanc...abattant WC tâché....
Piscine
Parasols fatigués avec baleines cassées, balancelle dont les pieds sont cassés, chaises sur terrasses avec lamelles bois cassées et peinture écaillée
Sinon les propriétaires sont vraiment très charmants ....
Ils vendent également le fruit de leur récoltes à savoir huile et vin
Comptez quand même 17,50 euros la bouteille d’huile d’olive de 750 ml
Je n’ai pas demandé le prix du vin....

However, the equipment is worn and deserves to be renewed (wine glasses all mismatched, no kettle or coffee maker except 1 old Italian coffee maker very dirty and scaly,
Bathroom: very old hair dryer, cheap white plastic shower curtain ... toilet seat stained ....
Swimming pool
Sunshades worn, swing with broken feet, chairs on terraces with broken wood slats and peeling paint
Otherwise the owners are really very charming ....
They also sell the fruit of their crops namely oil and wine
Count 17.50 euros per bottle of olive oil of 750 ml
I did not ask for the price of the wine ....

We spent three weeks at this Villa and had a wonderful stay with various members of our extended family joining us. The Villa is very spacious and extremely comfortable - the bedrooms are large and so are the beds. Everything is very clean and the cooking facilities and cookware are exceptional. The outside area is beautiful. A sparkling pool that is well serviced, and lovely garden area with bbq. The views are stunning from every window, and we all had our favourite spot at the large table so that we could catch the breeze and look at the mountains. A very memorable family holiday!

Fanatastic, highly recommended!
Staff were great, especially the lovely German lady (I am sorry I didn't ask her name) who was always at the restaurant or bar - I am not sure when she slept!
I read a few unfavourable reviews online before going, but they all seem to be focused on lack of maid service. This is a self catering property rather than a hotel - I wouldn't expect maid service.
There are also some reviewer's photos showing the pool a dirty green colour - they are winter photos when the pool is closed. In summer the pool is blue and crystal clear with a good number of quality loungers and chairs.
It is a very interesting property with lots of narrow winding staircases leading to unusual and unique guest rooms. Rooms are converted from the castle state rooms (grand drawing rooms with beautiful artwork on the ceilings), servant quarters (romantic attics with hidden balconies) and stables (spacious family apartments). There are stunning views from the pool, restaurant and some rooms.
We were in Montegufoni 31 - a great 3 bedroom apartment in the stable block. As I would expect it had more of a rustic cottage feel compared to some of the signature rooms in the main castle but very spacious, clean and well furnished. Perfect for our family.
There was a wedding while we were there. A little inconvenient as the restaurant was closed for a night and the pool got a bit crowded a couple of times when a lot of the wedding guests congregated there. It was worth it though because they decorated the courtyard and gardens with fairy lights which were really enchanting.¿Recomendaría esta propiedad a un amigo? Sí

We had a perfect stay at Tizzauli. We stayed on Rosa for 6 nights with our two teenagers.
The villa is a 30 minutes drive from Florence.
Upon arrival, we were greeted with curtesy and were promptly prepared a delicious lunch to fill our stomachs before we went grocery shopping.
Our appartement was perfectly clean EVERYWHERE ( and I am difficult on cleanliness).
We were given information on what to visit, what restaurants to eat in, where to grocery shop.
There are free bicycles available for the guests, a nice pool, outside kiddy games, ping pong table, baby foot table and two clean charcoal BBQs.
It is possible to have breakfast, lunch and happy hour at the lounge. Otherwise the kitchen is very well equipped.
You can visit all the most popular places in Toscany within a 30-60 minutes drive fro9m the villa.
The only negative point is the WIFI that is on the slow side. The teenagers had a hard time with that…¿Recomendaría esta propiedad a un amigo? Sí

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Ripresa and were made to feel very much at home by the owner, Maurizio. Despite our extremely late arrival due to our flight, he came to greet us and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The accommodation itself is full of character and the location peaceful. The surrounding countryside is stunning and the nearby town of Vicchio has some great restaurants. This is a great location for anyone that wants to experience the untouched Tuscany. We will undoubtedly return.

I loved the authenticity of this villa and the grounds, but window screens are needed on these villas, there is no A/C, which I could deal with in July, but the mosquitos are really bad and we were bitten badly with the windows open.
