Es war eine tolle Unterkunft und die beiden pools sind spitze. Ein Highlight besonders für Kinder.

Ligging is prachtig op de heuvel met weids uitzicht over het prachtige Toscaanse landschap, zeer gunstig gelegen in het midden tussen Sienna en Florence.
Het huis is robuust met sobere inrichting, verwacht hier geen luxe, wel schoon bed en sanitair.
Benedenverdieping en buitenruimte is erg sfeervol. Bovenverdieping is op zich prima maar zonder sfeer. Sanitair op bovenverdieping is te oud. Het genoemde panorama uitzicht is er niet. Zwembad is heerlijk groot en diep en ligt mooi zo dichtbij het terras. Huis heeft veel achterstallig onderhoud, maar eventuele ongemakken worden door vriendelijke beheerder snel verholpen. Ik vind het huis te hoog geprijsd in vergelijking met andere accomodaties in dezelfde periode en ook schoonmaakkosten zijn overdreven hoog. Daarvoor had de oven dan tenminste ook schoongemaakt mogen zijn, wat niet het geval was.
Fantastic Tenuta with extraordinarily obliging landlord Massimo. We rented the entire Tenuta for our extended family with 5 children and were able to have so an unique and undisturbed gathering. We will come again.
Location idéalement placée : non loin du centre de Monéglia de sa gare ferroviaire et de ses plages (1 km environ).
Située en hauteur avec superbe vue sur la mer, sans voisinage, "perdue" dans les oliviers et profitant de petites brises bien agréables quand on profite de la terrasse.
Maison très propre, très bien isolée, bien agencée, bien équipée avec une bonne literie.
Absence de micro onde et d'aspirateur mais ce ne sont pas des équipements réellement nécessaires pour les vacances.
Excellent accueil d'Arianna la propriétaire des lieux : ponctuelle, sympathique, arrangeante.

La Danza may very well be the best house we've rented so far in the past years with the 2 families with young kids (now aged 5-11 yrs). It's comfort, modern equipment (all the airconditioners are modern AND working), superb pool close to the house and overal state of maintenance are of the highest standards. The BBQ and pizza wood oven were probably the most used areas, besides the pool. The owner and stand-by handyman were very available and (quickly) accommodating in case of the rare issues/questions. We were even allowed to charge our electric cars (Tesla M3 and VW Passat GTE) on the regular grid (although with carefully planning not to use other high-power appliances such as the electric oven simultaneously). The kitchen is also spacious and well equipped to facilitate great cooking and cocktail shaking. Not all beds were in the greatest shape: some felt like a wooden plank and another had squeaky noises when moving during sleeping. But nothing that couldn't be handled with additional blankets or changing bedrooms. The area was secured safely with a surrounding fence and electric entry-gate. The sunset view, while glazing to the hills and valleys, was spectacular. The garden was maintained nicely and supermarkets and excellent butchers 10-20 minutes drives away. Perugia, Todi, Spoleto and Assisi are within 20-50 minutes drives.
Beautiful house in the countryside only 10 min. walk from the town of Cortona, beautiful views and very peaceful setting, ideal for a family reunion and all generations. We had a great time !
