Villa teto is a beautiful house with a magnificent view on the green Tuscan hills. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are convenient. The road to the villa is quite a challenge, as other guests have pointed out in their reviews, but doable. There is no airconditioning in the villa, so it can get very hot inside. At the outside dinner table, there is only room for 8 people. There's also a problem with the electricity, you cannot touch certain light switches because if you do the electricity fails. So it happened that we discovered that the fridge had stopped working over night. On one evening, we had a visit from a watchdog from a property in the neighborhood. Unfortunately this watchdog destroyed most of our inflatable pool toys. We mentioned this to the housekeeper, but no compensation was given. Taking these points into consideration, we find that overall villa teto deserves a 3-star rating.
Vriendelijk eigenaren. Mooi, schoon en ruim appartement met fijn zwembad. Enige puntje van kritiek is dat de airco alleen op één slaapkamer aanwezig is en die dus alleen verkoeld. De rest van het appartement wordt dus niet verkoeld door de airco. Maar verder een fijne locatie!

Only small point of criticism is that the air-conditioning is only present in one bedroom, so it only cools that one. So the rest of the apartment is not cooled by the air conditioning. But otherwise a fine location!
This is a lovely old building with high named ceilings. It was cool in the heat with great views. The pool was excellent and grounds around it were fantastic. The village setting is very nice with a great value and popular cafe and restaurant a stone throw away. The property was minimally furnished. Fridge etc was good, WIFI good, water good, but it lacked a bit of love and attention (broken slats under the sofa bed/ coffee maker not working etc ) Small things really, but I'm keeping the fifth star to reflect. Owner friendly and relaxed - nice atmosphere.
The property was excellent. Sunsets were amazing and the staff could not have been any nicer. Everything we needed was provided and if it was not there then it was just a request away. I recommend ordering the breakfast daily,it was so good and convenient as well. We ate dinner there 3 times in our week there and each dinner was perfect. I would definitely stay here again. Hope this is helpful for future quests
What a wonderful property! We enjoyed the beautiful garden, swimming pool and Villa and especially the nice view over the Tuscan landscape. The caring, very friendly and dedicated host Rosadi was incredible. Our week couldn’t have been better. We absolutely like to return.
