Location, views and setting are magnificent. Lucignano is a cute town with enough facilities to keep you going. The downsides are the lack of central lounge area in the house, no welcome products (salt, pepper, washing powder...), and the cold water was hot!

Sehr schöne Anlage mit einem Pool, in dem man wirklich schwimmern kann und nicht nur planschen. Leider gab es keine Weingläser. Dazu war das Nachbarappartment nur durch eine Zimmertür abgetrennt und so konnte man fast jedes Wort der Bewohner dort verstehen.

The house is simple but great. Do not expect a flat screen tv and perfect internet but enjoy the peace and quiet surroundings. Lavendel was no longer in bloom when we were there but in the summer it must be smelling fantastic. We enjoyed staying there

Although easyreserve staff were helpful we found it frustrating to always have to go through inter home. The villa was satisfactory but lacked home comforts

Sehr unpersönlich eingerichtet. Sehr hellhörig, wenn Nachbarwohnung belegt. Lage sehr abseits. Es gibt zum gleichen Preis sicher interessantere Objekte in der Gegend.

House was a good size. Lots of space and very clean.
It was quite hard to find although the instructions given were very thorough. Only negative was that the pool had no heating so was freezing and too cold to use. We had two kids with us so this was a bit of a disappointment. Would also have been helpful if the person doing the check in could have spoken a bit of English as it was difficult to understand the instructions and ask questions. Belle prestation pouvant passer à super prestation avec un peu d'amélioration
Maison agréable et situation très intéressante pour sillonner le Sud Toscane.
Accueil très chaleureux et propriétaire à l'écoute.
Électroménager ; un peu juste (cafetière, grille pain), nécessiterait une remise à niveau quantitative et qualitative,
manque de couvert (nombre très limité : 6 cuillères et 6 couteaux pour 6 personnes !!)
Ligne de chemin de fer à proximité créant quelques nuisances d'autant plus que l'isolation (phonique et thermique) des fenêtres des chambres apparait insuffisante.
Cela est très dommage car la qualité de l'habitation, de son environnement (piscine et autres) sont indéniables.¿Recomendaría esta propiedad a un amigo? Sí
