La casa all'interno è carina ed essenziale. Piccola ma ha tutto il necessario per poter passare delle giornate in relax. Le 2 camere sono comode e funzionale, così come lo è anche il bagno. Un po piccolino il salone con angolo cottura, ma ha tutto quello che occorre.
Discorso diverso invece per gli esterni, spazi ampi e vari angoli in cui potersi rilassare. A partire dal piccolo ma incantevole angolo della vela, dove poter ammirare i fantastici tramonti sulla vallata comodamente seduti su un paio di sdraio (il mio posto preferito). Niente da dire invece sulla piscina, veramente Top! Bella, grande, immersa nella privacy e con tutti i confort del caso, lettini (ben 8) ombrelloni, sedie, un bel divanetto da esterno con 2 poltrone e tavolino ed anche alcuni giochini d'acqua per i più piccoli. Peccato solo (almeno nella nostra settimana) un po troppi insetti volati (tafani su tutti), che disturbavano un bel po.
Nel complesso mi sento di consigliare vivamente la struttura se siete in cerca di relax e di staccare dalla routine della vita di città di tutti i giorni.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] The house inside is cute and essential. Small but has everything you need to spend relaxing days. The 2 bedrooms are comfortable and functional, as is the bathroom. The living room with kitchenette is a little small, but it has everything you need.
A different story however for the exteriors, large spaces and various corners in which to relax. Starting from the small but enchanting corner where you can admire the fantastic sunsets over the valley comfortably sitting on a couple of deckchairs (my favorite place). Nothing to complaint about the swimming pool either, truly Top! Beautiful, large, immersed in privacy and with all the necessary comforts, sunbeds (8), umbrellas, chairs, a nice outdoor sofa with 2 armchairs and a table and also some water toys for the little ones. The only shame (at least in our week) was that a few too many insects flew in (horseflies above all), which were quite disturbing.
Overall I would highly recommend the property if you are looking to relax and disconnect from the routine of everyday city life.¿Recomendaría esta propiedad a un amigo? Sí

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Der Gastgeber, das Haus und die Umgebung waren super. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Ein kleines Manko war der Pool. Der Pool ist etwas abgesetzt vom Haus. Man muss über eine kleine Straße laufen. Es sind zwar nur 20m aber das war uns leider nach der Beschreibung des Hauses nicht klar. Ansonsten alles Top.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön, viele Ziele sind von dort aus sehr gut erreichbar. Einzige Minuspunkte: kein ungetrübtes Badevergnügen, da zu viele Mücken und vor allem Bremsen (Urlaubszeit Spätsommer) und die Endreinigung ließ etwas zu Wünschen übrig (und wir sind da wirklich nicht pingelig). Alles in allem aber zu empfehlen.

Sehr großes Haus auf 3 Etagen / Gelände am Schrägen, für Geheingeschränkte und Rollstuhlfahrer nicht geeignet / super grün / man kann Rosmarin - Oregano - Salbei - Perperoni - Feigen im Garten essen
Netter Vermieter / kommt sofort auf Anforderung / Küche gut ausgestattet / keine deutsche Kaffeemaschine / wir tranken ohnehin Espresso (Café) / wir haben bei Antonio Olivenöl gekauft / es gab auch Gastgeschenk !!
Weg vom Tor bis zum Pool kann beleuchtet werden / toller privater Pool (Reinigung wöchentlich) - Grundstück ist abgeschlossen und man hat wirklich seine Ruhe / Pool ist wirklich groß und auch über 3 Meter tief !!! / 4 Strandliegen Alu, ziemlich neu / tolle Überdachung am Pool, der kann sogar beleuchtet werden / 4 Toiletten, das reicht wirklich / Bad EG neu !! / Küche an sich könnte mal erneuert werden, es funktioniert aber fast alles
Absolutes Trennsystem Müll, wie in Deutschland, sehr löblich / man darf aber nichts süßes offen liegenlassen, sonst kommen die Miniameisen und vergnügen sich, grins
Abrechnung und Kaution alles top und ehrlich, gemeinsames Ablesen bei An- und Abreise. Der Vermieter wohnt nicht im Haus, schaut aber regelmäßig vorbei und schaut nach dem Rechten.
Wir fanden das Preis- und Leistungsverhältnis klasse, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen.
Thema Autobahn: Man hört diese je nach Wind und Wetterlage schon auch, aber das hat uns nicht gestört.

Nice landlord / comes immediately when requested / kitchen well equipped / no German coffee machine / we drank espresso (café) anyway / we bought olive oil from Antonio / there were also gifts for guests!!
The path from the gate to the pool can be illuminated / great private pool (cleaned weekly) - property is locked and you really have peace and quiet / pool is really large and over 3 meters deep!!! / 4 aluminum beach loungers, pretty new / great roofing by the pool, it can even be illuminated / 4 toilets, that's really enough / new bathroom on the ground floor!! / Kitchen itself could be renovated, but almost everything works
Absolute waste separation system, like in Germany, very commendable / but you can't leave anything sweet lying around, otherwise the mini ants will come and have fun,
Billing and deposit everything top and honest, read together on arrival and departure. The landlord doesn't live in the house, but he comes by regularly and checks that everything is going well.
We found the price/performance ratio great, as you can see in the pictures.
On the subject of the highway: You can hear it depending on the wind and weather conditions, but that didn't bother us.

Tolles Haus, abseits gelegen und mit viel Natur rundherum. Der Ausblick von Pool ist einmalig.
Die Fahrt nach Arezzo war jedesmal ein Abenteuer.

Wunderschönes gepflegtes Ferienhaus. Die Inhaber sind sehr herzlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Lage ist ideal, man erreicht viele sehenswerte Orte. Tolle Strände haben wir in 1h erreicht. Wir waren mit Kleinkind da und waren sehr willkommen.

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen in dem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus war sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Nur im Badezimmer könnte ein Duschvorhang nicht schaden ????
Der Garten und vor allem der Pool waren eine Sensation. Sauber und gepflegt. Der Vermieter war jeden Morgen da und hat ganz leise und diskret die Anlage versorgt und den Pool gereinigt.
Ausflüge sind kein Problem, es gibt soooooo viel zu sehen.Vor allem das kleine kleine Dorf Vicopisano ist es wert dort dort hin zu fahren. Ein Traum.
Vielen Dank....... Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

The garden and especially the pool were a sensation. Clean and groomed. The landlord was there every morning and quietly and discreetly looked after the complex and cleaned the pool.
Excursions are not a problem, there is sooooo much to see. Especially the small village of Vicopisano is worth going there. A dream.
