A beautiful Tuscan Villa in a stunning setting. Manuela and Roberto were wonderful hosts going above and beyond to make our vacation perfect. The house and grounds (in an active olive orchard) are immaculately kept and very well provisioned. We loved the location - within an hour of Siena, San Gimignano, Montalcino, Montepulciano and most of the sites in Southern & Eastern Tuscany and close to the train station for the journey to Florence (1 hour 20 min train ride). We'll be back!

The house is spacious and has good facilities such as a washing machine. Our group of 6 were very comfortable. Pool was lovely to sit around in the day time. The house is quite isolated and it is a steep road to get to. Linen and towels were good quality. We stayed for 5 nights and for an extended stay would have expected soap and additional toilet paper. We stayed in early June and nights were cold. We turned on the heating for 3 to 4 hours a night and the bill was 100 euro which seemed excessive. Two things should be noted for people staying. 1st there are cats as in 6 to 8 that live on the property and hang around the house. 2nd is the cleaner and gardener come and go while you are there. They are friendly but we were not expecting people to be around. It is a lovely house, well set up and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay at Rosado's place. The house was spacious enough to accommodate our party of six. The garden was beautiful. Unfortunately, it was too cold for us to enjoy the pool in May but we took advantage of the hot tub. We had our wedding ceremony in the garden of the villa. Rosado was very helpful and responsive, and was there to help us with any questions or requests we had.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Lucia. Martina and her family were very welcoming. The location is very convenient for day trips throughout the heart of Tuscany. Supermarket is close by. I would recommend taking advantage of the meal cooked and served by Martina and her family. This meal was one of the highlights of our trip. The house is very clean and has every convenience you need for an enjoyable stay. We were sorry that the pool wasn't open yet, but with all the rain, we wouldn't have been able to enjoy it anyway.
