We chose this villa due to the facilities for disabled travellers and it worked well for someone in a wheelchair. The ground floor is level with a roll in shower. The property is spacious with plenty of room to manoeuvre equipment. I struggled pushing the wheelchair over the gravel to take my husband to the pool - a flat path to the pool would be useful. The area is beautiful and the views from the pool are lovely.

Ein gemütliches Haus. Eingerichtet mit allem was einen Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Ein eigener Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Herliche Aussicht in die Ferne und ins Grüne vom höchsten Punkt von Montalcino direkt neben der Festung. Nette Gastgeber die direkt vis a vis ein Hotel und eines der besten Retaurants im Ort führen. Nicht billig aber in Summe jeden Cent wert. [English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] A cosy house. Furnished with everything that makes a stay pleasant. A private parking space right in front of the door. Beautiful view into the distance and into the greenery from the highest point of Montalcino right next to the fortress. Nice hosts who run a hotel directly opposite and one of the best restaurants in town. Not cheap but worth every cent.

Posto tranquillo immerso nella natura. Un'oasi di pace. Abbiamo soggiornato a metà giugno per due notti. Da ritornare. Nelle vicinanze non ci sono negozi. We stayed in mid-June for two nights. A place to return. No shops nearby. So equip yourself first (reachable by car shortly).

Es war unser 5 Aufenthalt in diesem Haus und wir werden es immer wieder buchen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und das Haus sehr sauber. The landlords are super friendly and the house is very clean.

Stedet er rigtig flot, der var rent og poolen var fin. Vi spiste to gange på den tilhørende restaurant, men det var en ærgerlig oplevelse begge gange. Man skal også være hurtig og booke bord, da der hurtigt bliver fyldt. Vi spurgte flere til lidt om slottets historie, men ingen vidste noget - i stedet henviste de til en flere hundrede sider tyk bog. Rigtig ærgerligt. Jeg vil ikke anbefale stedet til familie med børn, da man skal køre efter morgenmad og frokost - og muligvis også aftensmad, hvis man ikke er hurtig nok til at få bestilt bord i restauranten.
