A lovely villa excellently furnished. A good base to explore Florence and Lucca (a beautiful city) and with each access to local shops and restaurants. Fabio was very helpful throughout our stay.

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Häuschen in der Toskana verbracht und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Besonders begeistert hat uns das traumhafte Grundstück mit dem gepflegten Swimmingpool sowie die atemberaubende Aussicht inklusive unvergesslicher Sonnenaufgänge. Durch die Lage ist das Haus ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Toskana, sei es in charmante kleine Dörfer oder Städte wie Florenz und Siena. Die Besitzer sind unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit, zugleich hatten wir jederzeit unsere Privatsphäre. Ein absoluter Wohlfühlort, den wir sehr empfehlen können. [English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve]: We spent a week in this beautiful cottage in Tuscany and felt completely at home. The house is well equipped and offers everything you need. We were particularly impressed by the beautiful grounds with the well-maintained swimming pool and the breathtaking views, including unforgettable sunrises. The location makes the house an ideal starting point for excursions in Tuscany, whether to charming little villages or cities such as Florence and Siena. The owners are incredibly warm and helpful, yet we had our privacy at all times. An absolute feel-good place that we can highly recommend.

This was our second stay in this wonderful Villa. Everything you need is here and the location is just perfect. Cetona is a short walk away from the Villa. Great bars and restaurants and a special atmosphere. Caretaker Enrico is always willing to help in any way he can. Highly recommend.

Location superbe, très propre. Popriétaire très agréable, discret , d'une gentillesse!!!!, nous avons été très bien reçus avec de sympas attentions, de bonnes adresses (restaurants, achats huile d'olive etc ...) Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir!

Leider ist das Inventar doch schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Beim Gasherd funktionierte leider nur eine Flame richtig, so das ein Kochen fast unmöglich gewesen ist Es gab leider auch nur italienisches Fernsehen andere Sender konnte man nicht einrichten. Duschen sehr eng und klein oder in einer Badewanne. Billardtisch, Tennisanlage und Grill sehr herunter gekommen. Parken nur vor dem Gelände möglich. Dies sind nur einige Detailes die uns so aufgefallen sind. Ansonsten Lage ist gut man ist wirklich sehr schnell am Meer, in Pisa, Vinci oder Lucca
