We just completed a 2 week vacation at the property and thoroughly enjoyed it and the location. It is located on a very scenic hill overlooking the water and provides a nice combination of privacy and access to the surrounding areas. We spent a lot of time traveling to cities in Liguria and Tuscany and enjoyed living as an "Italian Native" with access to a large part of Northern Italy. We do plan to return in a couple of years and will use this same reservation service (for the third time.)

Staying at Il Calcinaio was a definite highlight of our trip to Italy. Our family of five, with three young children, was very comfortable here and the location was perfect for exploring Tuscany. This property is beautiful, quiet and very comfortable for a
group. It is very evident that the owner takes great pride in maintaining the villa. It was immaculate and in perfect working order. The location in Tuscany allowed us short driving time to many small walled villages. Thank You, Rosado!
