We had a lovely stay at the Fienile villa. The views were gorgeous. It was unseasonably warm, so the pool was a great place to cool off after a log day of site seeing. It was a short walk from our villa. I would suggest bug spray if you plan on sitting outside on the patio and I would also suggest a rental car. The property is 35 minutes from Florence. We made the short walk to the bus to get to Florence. However, to see the tuscany area a car is a must. It was difficult to always worry about the bus/train schedules.

wir haben uns in dem kleinen Ort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war bestens ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich und haben keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Wir können die Wohnung gerne weiter empfehlen. Für 3-4 Personen ist das Raumangebot ausreichend.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] We felt very well in the small town. The apartment was well equipped. The owners are very welcoming and have left nothing to be desired. We can gladly recommend the apartment. For 3-4 people the space is sufficient.

We loved our stay. This was a wonderful place to unwind. The apartment was clean, comfortable and as lovely as advertised. The pool was beautiful. The setting was absolutely gorgeous. From this location we visited Florence, Siena and San Gimignano.

Casaforte far exceeded our expectations! Everything about the property is perfect! The building is beautifully restored, yet retains its historical atmosphere, the owner has loaded the interior with modern amentities - top quality appliances, flat screen TVs & AC in every room, good size showers with 'rainmaker' shower heads, etc.
