La Propriété est magnifiquement située,au milieu des vignes et des oliviers, avec une grande terrasse surplombant la pleine de Pistoia. La maison est parfaitement silencieuse, spacieuse, jolimment décorée, avec humour, et la piscine à deux pas. L'endroit est parfait pour des visites entre Florence, Pistoia et Lucca, ou Pise.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] The property is beautifully located, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, with a large terrace overlooking the plain of Pistoia. The house is perfectly quiet, spacious, nicely decorated with humor and pool close by. The place is perfect for visits to Florence, Pistoia and Lucca or Pisa.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Wir waren 8 Erwachsene. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, sauber und wunderschön gelegen Selbst die Nähe zur SS68 stört kaum. Die Außenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt. Der Pool steht dem in nichts nach und wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Es genügend Liegen und Sonnenschirme vorhanden. Herr Mauro kümmert sich rührend um seine Gäste und ist immer erreichbar. Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden in den 10 Tagen Aufenthalt 2 mal gewechselt! Die gute Erreichbarkeit der wichtigsten Städte und Sehenswürdigkeiten der Toskana ist ein weiterer positiver Aspekt. Casa Mauro ist sehr empfehlenswert!

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] It was a wonderful vacation. We were 8 adults. The house is very spacious, clean and beautifully located. Even the SS68 road hardly bothers. The grounds are very well maintained. The pool is the perfect match and is cleaned regularly. There were enough chairs and umbrellas available. Mr. Mauro takes very good care of his guests and is always reachable. Towels and sheets were changed 2 times in our 10 day stay! The good access to major cities and attractions of Tuscany is another positive aspect. Casa Mauro is highly recommended!

Zeer mooie locatie. Appartementen zelf niet heel ruim, maar volop ruimte in en om het huis. Zwembad in het weekend druk, maar zeer ruim en met voldoende meubilair. Goed restaurant op het terrein met korting voor gasten. Boodschappen op loopafstand en veel mooie uitstapjes te maken in de omgeving. Een locatie die een sjieke indruk maakt, maar mede door de hartelijke eigenaren/ medewerkers snel als thuis voelt.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Very nice location. The apartments are not very spacious, but plenty of space in and around the house. Swimming pool is crowded during the weekend but very spacious and with adequate furniture. Good restaurant on site with discounts for guests. Within walking distance for grocery and many beautiful trips nearby. A location that makes a chic impression, but quickly feels like home because of the warm owners / staff.

We spent a week at Villa Le Piazzole and used it as our base to tour Tuscany. This meant we did not spend as much time at the villa as we would have liked. What time we did spend there was great. It was extremely comfortable and the air conditioning was a godsend in the height of summer.

The pool and outdoor area's were fantastic and after a long hot day was exactly what you needed to relax in.

Just a few minor points; although it did have a kitchenette, it wasn't overly equipt
eg no toaster.

I would still recommend it as fantastic accommodation and a great base to explore Florence. Also, when you book, make sure you get the gate address and not the front door address as the road down from the front door is extremely narrow. Happy touring.

Location is superb yet remote.
We had quite a few problems with the alarm that went off all of a sudden.
In the weekend we had no warm water, this was resolved first working day
