Traumhaftes Haus in perfekter Lage!
Das Haus ist perfekt für 2 Personen plus Kind. Bis nach San Gimignano sind es etwa 5 Minuten - zwar bergauf aber es lohnt sich. Besonders das Eis beim ehemaligen Gelato Weltmeister in San Gimignano ist einfach nur zu empfehlen.
Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Es gab Wein und Öl aus eigenem Anbau als Begrüßungsgeschenk. Sehr lecker.

Einfach eine perfekte Unterkunft für einen traumhaften Toskana Urlaub!

PLUSES:
•Early booking price was reasonable. Extras figured later did not detract from overall cost of unit. Thanks EasyReserve!
•House in heart of Lido di Camaoire, within walking distance of beaches, promenade, restaurants, laundry service, tourist info, etc.
•Situated very well for day trips to Pisa, the Cinque Terra region, etc
•Well stocked kitchen, kitchen appliances worked well.
•3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms a plus.
IMPROVEMENTS NEEDED
(First year of renting is noted.)
•Description of ground level bedroom misleading. It was in finished basement down marble stairs.
•The official description and the contract had some noticeable wording differences that took investigation to sort out.
•Bathroom in basement had broken hrown pump. Took a 2 days to get it fixed. Could not use this bathroom until then. Glad there were three!
•Outdoor washing machine did not cycle properly. Had to take wet cloths to service.
•Needed trash supplies and directions on first day. Did not get until end of week. Had to figure out ourselves.
•Next door attached unit had mowed lawn. Ours never got mowed.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Ambiente verbringen dürfen,einziger Kritikpunkt ist die nicht vorgeheizte Wohnung gewesen,wahrscheinlich waren wir die ersten Mieter in der neuen Saison und mussten daher erst einmal die Räumlichkeiten soweit beheizen,dass es erträglich war,nur fanden wir die dadurch entstandenen Heizkosten für den kurzen Aufenthalt in Höhe von 85,-Euro zu hoch.Ansonsten können wir diese herrliche Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. The villa was perfect and immaculate inside and out, the location is stunning and Alessandro, the manager, was a truly fantastic host. We visited to plan our wedding for 2015 and we will definitely be booking the villa for our special event next year.

A memorable stay! Thanks to Stefano and the team for making it enjoyable. The villa is very nicely suitable especially to visit Florence (less than 30 mins from downtown) and Chianti area. Great for up to 10 people, very nice view overlooking the Chianti hills. The hosts made the stay convenient. They provided all info and guidebooks a plenty. The cuisne over the weekend in the main villa is great and worth it and Stefano always willing to help. Restaurant in San Polo (less than 10 mins away are nice and family friendly). only inconvenience: be prepared for the last 3 km of no asphalt to reach the villa. The main bath worths some renovation to keep the villa standing; Thanks again for a great stay!
