Maison de caractère avec un beau grand jardin avec piscine. Cependant, l'équipement de la cuisine est très faible par rapport à la capacité de la maison (14 personnes) : frigo beaucoup trop petit dont les joints ne tiennent plus, une gazinière et four également en fin de vie (problème de puissance, sur 4 becs : deux sont minuscules). Un barbecue sans ustensiles pour retourner les grillades.

Le filtre de la piscine ne fonctionnait plus. Lorsque le technicien est arrivé (le lendemain de notre appel), nous avons dû insister pour qu'il règle le problème alors que le moteur faisait un bruit d'enfer (sans cela, il se serait contenté de remettre du chlore).
La maison est très mal insonorisée (étrange pour une vieille bâtisse). Moustiquaires à certaines fenêtres.

D'un point de vue décoration : vieillot et triste. On s'en sort bien : il a fait très beau, nous étions en permanence à l'extérieur (la terrasse est sympa et ombragée).

Bref, il ne faudrait pas investir une fortune pour équiper cette maison correctement en rapport avec sa capacité et pour donner un coup de frais à la décoration intérieure.
En conclusion : trop cher pour des prestations assez médiocres.

The villa itself was perfect for our needs as each couple had their own facilities. The kitchen and lounge areas were quite adequate, although the 3 seater settee was quite snug with 3 people on. The air conditioning was much needed and proved to be efficient. However, the access into and the parking area itself were both tight, even with only 2 smallish cars. The olive trees around the parking area were in need of a good prune as the branches were resting on the cars. We were very surprised when we were approached by some other people staying somewhere nearby who said that the owner of the villa had given them permission to use the pool without speaking with us first. We never actually saw them again, but a bottle of wine and a thank you card were left by the door one day, implying that they had used the pool. We all thought that this was very cheeky as we had paid for the use of the pool with the villa. Apart from that, we all enjoyed the villa and area.

Really nice owners on site. They speak English very well and they were very helpful. Nice and very clean unit! The problem is that it was a lot further from sea and from stores then what we read. Also no air conditioning and that could be a problem
