Everything was excellent, down to every single detail, this is by far our best renting experience. Nothing was missing. The owners most have handpicked the staff: The Gardener and the Cleaning lady was amazing. Looking forward to our next stay!

We were a large group of friends some of whom have young children under two years old. In total we were 15 adults and 3 children.
Stefano our host was exceptionally good. Cots and high chairs were provided and the pool area is gated which is useful for the little ones.
The space was excellent for the number we were and the views are spectacular over Montecatini Terme which is a very well connected spa town.
I honestly couldn't praise Stefano enough. He was a very attentive host and took care of the rubbish daily.
On the last night was had dinner made for us in the Villa and this was a real treat! Especially not needing to do the dishes on the last night!
Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. (Just a wee note that there are no spices or salt, pepper, oil etc so you will need to get these).
Overall an excellent stay, and I can say that we would all love to go back!

Tutto perfetto! La villa è stupenda collocata sui colli toscani con una vista incantevole. Appartamento bello e pulito. I proprietari sono amichevoli e disponibilissimi. La posizione della casa è perfetta per raggiungere in poco tempo tutte le più belle città toscane...Consigliata!!! Una bella vacanza e una piacevole sorpresa per la bellissima location..Complimenti anche a Easy Reserve, servizio preciso e veloce. 5 stelle +

Property was clean, well equipped, excellent hot shower, good WIFI surrounded by farming, olive groves, vineyards and tobacco fields. Quiet, beautiful country views, in a good location to supermarkets in Sansepolcro, managed by Daniel who was helpful, obliging with very good English.
