Absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect, the house was home from home - simple and comfortable. Fabio (owner) was so very kind and totally respectful of our privacy. Could not have been happier with our Tuscan escape.

17 of us stayed for a week mid August. Weather was 30-35 degrees. The villa is impressive, the accommodation is spacious and the views are magnificent. It is very well located for Cortona, vineyards and Siena, San Gimi and further afield. The host, Isolina, is an absolute gem and is very helpful for suggestions. We recommend guests have at least one home breakfast and one dinner. Understand some of the rooms will be updated soon. Careful of using the expensive air conditioning. We throughly recommend this villa for a large group.

The flat was clean, the area was nice and the garden/pool very correct.

But the description doesn't correspond: we have booked for a 3 rooms end 3 bathrooms flat and there was only 2 bathrooms in the flat.
