+ secluded little house with no visible neighbours, surrounded by olive trees and grapevine, last 500m to the house is only a track
- inside nicely decorated, but equipment poor. Hot shower didn’t work very well, sometimes smell from the septic tank.
No toilet paper, dishwashing liquid etc. when we arrived.

Luogo speciale. L'esterno è curatissimo e ricco di una eccezionale varietà di verde e fiori. Godibile di giorno con un fantastico panorama e di sera, quando il cielo si copre di stelle. L'interno è spazioso, arredato con gusto e con alcuni pezzi pregiati di ceramiche artistiche. Le foto non possono dare giustizia della bellezza e della unicità di questo posto e di chi se ne prende cura. Schönes Haus in idyllischer Umgebung auf knapp 900 m/üM. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, nach Cortona sind es 20 Minuten Fahrzeit durch kurvenreiche Strassen.
Die Vermieter sind hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Für die Jahreszeit war es etwas kalt und die Heizung ist sehr teuer.
Alles in allem für einen entspannten Urlaub sehr empfehlenswert.

The landlords are helpful and friendly.
It was a bit cold for the time of year and the heating is very expensive.

We were in Villa Beboli from late September to early October for 10 days with 6 persons and one small dog. The house is really big and has a lot of Rooms and bathrooms. The house was clean and the owners wife answered always fast and uncomplicate. The kitchen is also really big and has enough place for a big group. At the kitchen everything was okay except the frying pans, these would have to be replaced. The gardener and the pool man didn't bother us. We hardly noticed them and everything was always in perfect order. The washing machine worked well too. Better ways to dry the clothes are needed here. The clothes rack was old and broken. We would recommend Villa Beboli for warm months. During our stay it was often rainy and cold outside and the house was also uncomfortably cold inside. The owner's wife kindly brought us wood to light the fireplace. The house is very good for a large group. The property is completely fenced, which was very convenient with our dog.

Unglaublich toll - sowohl das Haus, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben, inklusive Garten mit Pool und wunderbarer Aussicht! Und natürlich die wunderschöne Umgebung ( Toskana!!! ), die wir mit allen Sinnen genossen haben. Dazu kommen selbstredend die äußerst sehenswerten Städte, wie z. B. Florenz, Siena, San Gimignano. Sie bieten alles, was das Herz begehrt!
