Wunderschönes gepflegtes Ferienhaus. Die Inhaber sind sehr herzlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Lage ist ideal, man erreicht viele sehenswerte Orte. Tolle Strände haben wir in 1h erreicht. Wir waren mit Kleinkind da und waren sehr willkommen. [English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Beautifully maintained holiday home. The owners are very welcoming and we felt very comfortable. The location is also ideal, you can reach many places worth seeing. We reached great beaches in 1 hour. We were there with a small child and were very welcome.

We stayed at Villa Magrini for three months from June to September 2023, choosing it for it's location between Firenze and Lucca. We found that you did not have to travel far to experience interesting hilltop towns, access local markets or tour historic villas and parks or sample wines and olive oils from vineyards adjacent Fattoria di Fubbiano. To travel further we used the excellent train system that operates in Tuscany using the station at nearby Pescia as our starting point. From here we embarked on trips to Firenze, Venice, Salerno, Carrara, Lucca and Livorno etc. On the other side of the travel Villa Magrini provided a place of very quiet solitude. The private pool was magnificent, especially during warm periods although we always found we had a breeze coming up the valley. To support our resting periods we found the Fubbiano wines to be well priced, of good quality and very quaffable. Enhancing our stay the staff at Fubbiano provided friendly and efficient service and met our every request. The place was also kept immaculately clean by twice weekly servicing. In summary our experience at Villa Magrini was wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen in dem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus war sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Nur im Badezimmer könnte ein Duschvorhang nicht schaden ???? Der Garten und vor allem der Pool waren eine Sensation. Sauber und gepflegt. Der Vermieter war jeden Morgen da und hat ganz leise und diskret die Anlage versorgt und den Pool gereinigt. Ausflüge sind kein Problem, es gibt soooooo viel zu sehen.Vor allem das kleine kleine Dorf Vicopisano ist es wert dort dort hin zu fahren. Ein Traum. Vielen Dank....... Wir werden gerne wiederkommen. Only in the bathroom a shower curtain would not hurt The garden and especially the pool were a sensation. Clean and groomed. The landlord was there every morning and quietly and discreetly looked after the complex and cleaned the pool. Excursions are not a problem, there is sooooo much to see. Especially the small village of Vicopisano is worth going there. A dream. Thank you very much....... We will be happy to come back.

Wij waren er in eerste week van september. Het duurt lang voordat de zon over de bomen in de tuin komt. De woonkeukenkamer is klein, op de foto lijkt deze groter. De slaap- en badkamers zijn goed. Het is een afgelegen plek die niet met een auto bereikbaar is. De bagage en boodschappen moeten plm. 60 meter vanaf de auto naar het huisje getild worden. Je dient tevens goed ter been te zijn.
