The pool was wonderful, the overall lodge clean and very pleasant, the a/c excellent (it was hot weather!). Whilst we fully embrace hi-tech, and app controlled front gate and door, we found the overall security somewhat intrusive, with the camera by the pool, the camera over the door and the robot hoover coming on at 2 in the morning.

Ein wunderschönes Haus in toller Umgebung, herzliche Gastgeber und alles ist da, was man braucht um einen schönen Urlaub in der Toskana zu erleben, ist hier vorhanden. Sehr zentral waren alle Ziele, wie San Gimignano, Pisa, Florenz, Siena und viele weitere Ausflugsziele in annehmbarer Fahrzeit zu erreichen. Die Nähe zu Volterra ist für Einkauf und abendliche Besuche der mittelalterlichen Stadt sehr vorteilhaft. Einziges Manko ist die Verständigung mit den Gastgebern ohne Italienischkenntnisse, aber mit Händen und Füßen gelang dies gut. Man bekommt einen kleinen Einblick in den Landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb und die Familie ist sehr zuvorkommend und kinderfreundlich. Der Pool wird täglich gereinigt. Alles in allem war es ein unvergesslicher Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus. Wir waren 2 Familien und würden hier immer wieder gern herkommen.

We spent a wonderful week in late June 2024 for my family. This was the perfect location nestled in the little foothills with phenomenal views all around. There was nothing missing in this villa that we needed and had multiple of extras like the outdoor seating and locations to eat Which we took full advantage of most evenings. Many times in the morning we would see a mama deer and her baby no more than 20 feet away and large property was fabulous flowers and herbs to be enjoyed our contact point Steve who is more than helpful and exceedingly delightful . If we had our wishes, we would go back again and again. Lynn P
