Le Pergole is simply idyllic. Just outside the ancient city of Volterra with stunning views, a peaceful setting and a 12m private pool (steady 82F during the day).
The owner, Andrea, is the nicest person you could wish to meet.
Have been twice, will go again if not fully booked!

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Montecalvo! The house is cute and the owner was very friendly and helpful! My boyfriend and me were there for one week. What we really liked is that the house is surrounded by a garden and 3 terraces to relax. Roccastrada is a nice and quiet little village where it is possible to purchase the standard requirements like food, cosmetics and cleaning stuff in a small supermarket.

this place is very relaxing place.if you don,t mind the narrow and unpaved road it is very nice place.just be prepare for insects.i think it is good idea the owner put the screens for windows and door,have fan or aircoundition. the house was very clean and everything was function properly.i think it needs more pot and dishes in the kitchen.

Good, very large property, superb pool and very nice large garden. Only issue was very noisy dogs in the neighbour garden that loved to bark at any time of day and night.

Had a great holiday. The staff were extremely helpful and the villa was excellent. An ideal location to use as a base to explore Tuscany.
