Camporempoli is much more lovely than the photographs on the website depict and is located in a very convenient part of Chianti. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained as is the villa itself. The views from the pool and patio are truly breathtaking. The pool is fabulous for kids and adults alike. Be aware that the driveway is long and steep and difficult to ascend without a four wheel drive vehicle. While more expensive than other properties, we would definitely rent Camporempoli again. zeer smaakvol ingericht ruim huis met interessante steden in directe omgeving (max. 1 uur rijden: Sienna, Arezzo, Firenze. Er kunnen 9 pesonen slapen (bedbank woonkamer 1e verdieping), maar wel ten koste van enige privacy. Het huis ligt bij twee andere huizen. Er is geen overlast van het verblijf van anderen.
In de zomer is het heerlijk buiten te verblijven op het terras bij de keuken om aan de grote tafel te eten. Voor de kinderen is het zwembad in het lager gelegen deel van de tuin heerlijk. Het uitzicht vanuit het huis over het dal waar het dorp is, is prachtig.
De eigenaren zijn erg vriendelijk.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] very tastefully decorated spacious house with interesting towns nearby (max. 1 hour drive: Siena, Arezzo, Firenze. 9 people can sleep here (first floor living room sofa bed), but at the expense of some privacy. The house is next two other houses. There is no disturbance of the stay of others.
In the summer it is lovely to stay outside on the terrace by the kitchen at the big table to eat. For children, the pool in the lower part of the garden is really lovely. The view from the house over the valley with the village is beautiful. The owners are very friendly.

Het domein is zeer rustig gelegen, wat zeker als een pluspunt kan beschouwd worden. De kamer was zeer basic, maar over het algemeen in orde. Een minpunt is wel dat er slechts 1 venster is aan de kamer, in de vorm van de voordeur. Daardoor is de kamer ietwat moeilijk te ventileren.
Er worden geen extra kosten gerekend voor water en elektriciteit, wat een pluspunt is. Wel wordt er fors doorgerekend voor lunch en avondeten, en de prijzen worden niet op voorhand meegedeeld. Aangezien het saldo van de reservatie slechts op het einde afgerekend werd samen met het eten, leverde dit een verassend hoge rekening op, wat niet bepaald prettig is. De prijs voor het eten en drinken ter plaatse was naar ons gevoel niet correct en werd dus niet vooraf meegedeeld.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] The area is very quiet, which certainly can be considered as a plus. The room was very basic, but generally okay. One downside is that there is only one window to the room, in the shape of the front door. This makes the room a little difficult to ventilate.
No additional charge for water and electricity, which is a plus. However, there is considerable charge for lunch and dinner, and the prices are not announced in advance. As the balance of the reservation was settled with the food only at the end of our stay this yielded a surprisingly high bill, which is not exactly pleasant. The price for eating and drinking on the spot was not correct in our opinion and we were not informed beforehand.
