We have just come back from Villa Fabbroni and had a fabulous time. We stayed in La Loggia which was perfect for the six of us, lots of space and superbly well-equipped. Sergio and Steffano have made the Villa beautiful and were the perfect hosts. We especially enjoyed the nights we ate in the restaurant and reccommend it highly. My children enjoyed making friends with the other children there and are still talking about Raoul! It's the perfect location for visiting Florence and the surrounding Chianti countryside. My only reservation would be that the drive there could be quite scary if you are not the most confident driver, but well worth it in the end.

B&G Grant, Virginia, USA, May 2010 visit - We had an idyllic stay - just how we pictured a Tuscan Villa getaway. Highlights you should know: 1) this place is tucked away up on a hillside where you are among the vineyards - views are lovely. 2) the staff makes the place - hard to imagine there could be something more delightful than the views, but they were helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. They switch from desk staff to chef to wine server all with grace. 3) We loved that we could stay, eat, do wine tasting and a cooking lesson all in one place. 4) Our suite was large and quirky as it was a converted out building. The great room was fabulous - huge windows on 3 sides looking out over courtyard, fireplace and efficiency cooking area. Bed was comfortable; bedroom and bath a little small. 5) Breakfast and dinner was delicious and generous. 6) Great little restaurant down the road - fabulous find. 7) Great central location to tour wineries, castles and towns in Chianti region. A very pleasant and charming romantic house. Very cosy and the house stays real cool and had all the comfort we needed. The owner of the property lives nearby and is very friendly, charming and helpful, as well as his family. We had a huge part of the garden for our own with real privacy. The pool was 5 x 5. Not big but my two sons 11 and 13 had a great time. Especially with the small cute dog and lots of young cats, so adorable.
If you want some peace and want to relax, reading a nice book enjoying the environment, its possible here. You don't hear the cars in the streets its very peaceful and quiet. Except for some dogs barking further on and the TGV(train) you hear once in a while.
For us this place has given us a warm, beautiful memory.

Fantastisch mooi gelegen huis : een oase van rust, stilte en de meest prachtige uitzichten. We waren sprakeloos. Prima gelegen voor uitstappen naar de kust (Rosignano Solvay - Spiagge Bianche!), naar Firenze of naar Siena. Tip : breng matjes voor de ligstoelen mee.

Perfectly situated for excursions to the coast (Rosignano Solvay - Spiagge Bianche!), To Florence or Siena. Tip: Bring mats for the sun loungers.

Appartment was very good, but too much noise, because its allocated in the center road! But there were many advantages. Bakery 2 mins by walk, supermarket 5 mins, barber shop for ladies across the road, beach 5 mins by walk! Very convnient!
