Villa Giavannino is located on a mountainside with awesome mountain views in a private setting. Giavannino exceeded our expectations. It was large,clean,comfortable and nicely furnished. All the amenities needed were provided. The grounds and pool were well maintained. Vonny, our host, was great and gave us excellant suggestions for visiting local attractions.

The location was convenient for our day trip destinations of Florence, Lucca, Cinque Terre and the seashore. We took a scenic drive one day to Sienna which took about 2 hours.

The town of Camaiore, with grocery stores, restaurants and shopping is only 3 miles down the mountain. From there major highways are a short drive. There is a small village, Padonna,less than 1 mile from the villa with a restaurent and mini store.

Future renters should be aware however that the mountain road leading up to Givaninno is twisty and narrow and takes about 20 minutes. We found the villa and mountain views well worth the drive.

The villa was perfect. The villa itself is beautifully constructed and located in a fantastic sppot overlooking San Gimignano and the surrounding countryside. Barbara was a great hostess and the "last supper" she served us was the climax of a tremendous vacation throughout Tuscany. The eight of us heartily endorse it and will be only to happy to respond to inquiries from others.

The villa at Podere Arianna was everything the website cited and more. It was very clean and roomy with all the amenities. The area surrounding it was beautiful and would definately recommend this villa to others.

We stayed in ap. Limoni, cosy and confortable, even for 4 persons. All the facilities present. Very beautiful and relaxing property. Close enough to Florence to can manage even without a car. The owner, Mr. Simone, a very nice person, discrete and helpfull.
