We loved Villa San Filippo. It was even better than the pictures suggested...it's set well back from any main roads, so you feel like you are secluded in the country, yet it's only 10 min drive to Montalcino. Le Coste was fantastic....perfect for our needs. The wines of SF are excellent...we had a very good tour and ended up buying some bottles. We will definitely be going back there again.

This property was the ideal place to relax and get a nice taste of Italian life and culture. As long as you have a car, there is easy access to major sites and Florence. Thoroughly enjoyed the place, including the pool! Its a little hard to find But once you arrive, you can easily spend a week exploring the area and taking in the scenery.

Positive: Beautiful rural setting, very peaceful in rolling mountain area with wonderful views. Property is spacious with a fantastic pool and terrace area. Negative: As so secluded there is a lot of winding roads to get anywhere which adds to journey time. You should read very carefully the contents list as some common items are not included eg kettle, toaster, room fans, DVD player

Excellent service by Easy Reserve and a wonderful destination and stay had in the Castle. In total there were 11 in the family who stayed in 4 different rooms (all which were terrific), and all agreed what a super time had been had by all.
The views, weather, swimming pool, locality, gardens and history of the place was just amazing, the restaurant was also excellent.
A total score of 10 / 10 was agreed by all for the trip and we will defintely return in the very near future.

Das Häuschen Ulignano 3 ist ein schnuckeliges kleines Häuschen mit einem schönen Bad und einem Doppelzimmer im OG
Die Küche ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet Geschirr, Töpfe und Pfannen sind ausreichend vorhanden.
Der Weg zum Pool ist leicht abschüssig.
Insgesamt sind min. ca. 4 km Schotterpiste zum Haus zurückzulegen - allerdings für normale PKW geeignet.
Der Pool ist toll und sehr gepflegt, die ALU-Liegen neuwertig - Sonnenschirme sind ausreichend vorhanden.
Die ruhige Lage ist phantastisch.
Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett - wöchentlicher Wäschewechsel nicht nur ausgeschrieben, die Wäsche wird tatsächlich auch gewechselt - ein toller Service von Maria-Grazia.

Das Doppeldiwan-Bett im EG ist allerdings nicht unbedingt für Erwachsene geeignet.

Besten Dank an Maria-Grazia und ihren Mann - der Wein und das Olivenöl, das man vor Ort kaufen kann sind sehr gut.

Wir werden wieder kommen.

The property Ulignano 3 is a cozy little cottage with a nice bathroom and a double bedroom upstairs.
The kitchen is fully functional with enough tableware, pots and pans. The path to the pool is slightly downhill.
Overall there are about 4 km dirt track road to the house - but suitable for normal cars.
The pool is great and very well kept and furnished with several sun-beds (new) and umbrellas.
The quiet position is fantastic.
The owners are very nice - linen will weekly changed - a great service by Maria Grazia.

The double sofa bed in the ground floor, however, is not particularly suitable for adults.

Many thanks to Maria Grazia and her husband - the wine and the olive oil you can buy locally are very good.
We will come back again.
