The three apartments retain clear traces of their origins, the exposed stone, the terracotta and wooden floors and the majestic beams, which will take you back in time, to the discovery of the region's rural customs. In the completely enclosed garden, your children can play freely in absolute tranquillity in the shade of the olive trees and century-old trees, while you, by the side of the pool, can enjoy the sun while admiring the fantastic panorama of the valley below. For the little ones' playtime there is also a playhouse in a tree.

Today the villa is part of a farm that includes vineyards, cereal crops, farmyard animals and beautiful horses. About 1 km away, at the owners' residence, you will be able to enjoy the organic produce from their vegetable garden free of charge. Their paddocks, should you travel with your horses, will be at your disposal (service available for a fee).
Around the villa, you will enjoy a large, completely fenced green space perfect for your morning or evening walks even with your four-legged friends. Inside the park there is also a woodland path (approx. 500 m) where you can relax, walk and organise cool snacks.
