The property is comprised of three buildings containing four apartments which are not internally connected (two units in the first building, 1 in the second and the fourth is a small independent house). Guests can gather together in the large communal room which has a beautiful kitchen, living room with TV area (satellite TV with complete SKY channel package) and a bathroom with shower.
There are many outdoor areas on the property that are furnished for outdoor dining and complete with a barbecue and wood-burning oven.
The area where Villa Poggiospinoso is found is very interesting to explore; it is just a few kilometres from Arezzo and the main Tuscan sights are easily reached by car. The splendid region of Umbria is also very close by and without a doubt deserves a visit.

The villa’s location is convenient for visiting Tuscany and Umbria.

Casa Clementina is a newly built villa situated in the small village of Santa Maria just outside the characteristic town of Lucignano. Lucignano has very ancient origins dating back to Etruscan times and you should not miss a visit, even if only to admire its unique elliptical walls, which are still intact. Today in Lucignano you can experience the quiet life of a country village that still maintains the oldest Tuscan farming traditions.
From Casa Clementina you will reach the village in a short walk, and it will only take a single evening's sight of the facades of its ancient buildings, its small squares and its stone alleyways to make you fall in love with this charming little village suspended in time.
In Lucignano, as well as good restaurants which you will definitely visit more than once to taste the local cuisine and excellent wines, you can do your shopping in small, typical village shops. Supermarkets and all services can be found in Sinalunga, about 5 km away.
The villa has a completely fenced garden, a beautiful private swimming pool (size m. 10x4, depth m. 1,20-1,60 - open from 01st May to 30th September ), a barbecue and a large porch next to the kitchen furnished with table and chairs where you can eat outside and relax in the summer evenings. Casa Rosada is situated in the countryside of the southern Valdichiana, just a stone's throw from Lucignano, a characteristic medieval village that still retains its original elliptical walls. Lucignano is a 15-minute walk away, up to the magnificent Porta San Giusto which gives access to its stone alleyways, where you can spend lazy summer evenings in typical restaurants and bars, enjoying a good dinner of Chianina beef and local red wine.
It is impossible not to fall in love with Lucignano, a small jewel, a treasure chest enclosed within its ancient and mighty walls, with historic buildings, the Civic Museum, small squares and churches.
The house is set on three levels and also has a small annex. The nice and comfortable furnishings make Casa Rosada an ideal place if you want to spend a relaxing holiday with your family or friends. In the annex located in the basement, where once there were the cellars, you will have at your disposal a cool gym, for those who don't want to lose training and fitness even during the holidays.

Borgo di San Biagio is an elegant historic estate composed of several finely restored stone buildings, set along a dramatic rocky ridge. The borgo culminates in a stunning saltwater infinity pool overlooking an unspoiled valley, offering a deep sense of peace and immersion in nature.
The property spans 14 hectares (approximately 35 acres) of private land, featuring centuries-old olive groves and an organic vegetable garden, ensuring expansive outdoor spaces, privacy, and tranquility. The villa offers a total of nine bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms. Three bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the main house, each boasting panoramic views, while the remaining six rooms are housed in separate annexes, each with its own private terrace.
The entrance to the villa is particularly striking and leads through the estate’s former church, adorned with original frescoes and now transformed into an elegant living room and library. The origins of the borgo date back to the early 10th century, when the ancient castle belonged to Rovaldo Baldassini, father of Saint Ubaldo, patron saint of the town of Gubbio. In the 17th century, the property was donated to the Curia of Gubbio, and the Church of San Biagio was built—today an integral part of the villa.
Borgo di San Biagio is located just 12 km (7.5 miles) from Gubbio, one of Italy’s best-preserved medieval towns, and 20 km (12.5 miles) from Perugia Airport. Its strategic location makes it an ideal base for exploring Umbria’s most celebrated destinations, including Perugia, Assisi, Todi, Città di Castello, and Lake Trasimeno.
