Ubicada en el corazón de la Toscana, Italia, la finca de trabajo conocida como "Le Mura" es una casa de vacaciones auténtica que ocupa 8 hectáreas de terreno cerrado en lo alto de una colina dentro del triángulo formado por Florencia, Siena y Arezzo. La propiedad, rodeada de viñedos, olivares y los paisajes intemporales de la campiña toscana, produce su propio aceite de oliva puro y vino Chianti DOCG. La finca se encuentra envuelta por árboles y campos abiertos, creando una atmósfera tranquila y apartada profundamente conectada con los ritmos de la vida rural italiana. Los huéspedes pueden participar en las vendimias y cosechas de aceitunas que tienen lugar en septiembre y noviembre respectivamente.

Las 8 hectáreas de terreno cerrado incluyen viñedos y olivares en funcionamiento que los huéspedes pueden explorar. La piscina compartida, equipada con escalera interior, está disponible del 20 de mayo al 30 de septiembre. Una ducha exterior se encuentra ubicada cerca de la piscina para uso de los huéspedes. One of the most charming villas in the Chianti region, this beautifully restored farmhouse is set in a peaceful and panoramic location, offering sweeping views over the Chianti Classico hills.
The villa is divided into 3 spacious and comfortable apartments, each featuring tastefully decorated interiors. Please note that one of the apartments is occupied by the owners.
Distances:
The small town of San Casciano, located in the heart of the Chianti region and offering all types of shops and amenities, is just 1 km away. Florence is 20 km away, and Siena is approximately 60 km from the property.
At guests’ disposal:
Furnished garden, swimming pool (12 x 6 m – maximum depth 1.8 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09) shared with the owners, shared barbecue, and air conditioning. The villa is accessible via an unpaved yet well-maintained road. Parking is available within the grounds. Small pets are welcome. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets.

Pagliazzone is a cottage with private and fenced garden and is located in the hills of the Val d'Ambra, dominated by the ancient ruins of the Cennina Castle and immersed in the peace and quiet of the countryside. A short walk will take you to the characteristic village of Bucine. When you feel like leaving the swimming pool and the peace of the garden for a while, the small, typical villages of the Val d'Ambra and Chianti are easy and quick to reach, and Arezzo, Florence and Siena are excellent day trips.
The little house is surrounded by a fully-fenced garden with a well-kept lawn, shaded by tall pines and filled with flowers, where your pets can run freely. A view of the surrounding vineyards and hills will accompany your lazy summer days, along with several corners designed for relaxing in peace. You decide which is the best spot to enjoy the view... whether it is from the cool water of your private swimming pool (5x11 m, depth 1.20-1.80 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), or from an armchair under the pergolas, perhaps from the shady gazebo hidden among the trees, or from a sun lounger by the pool...
The typical Tuscan furnishings, with their rustic charm, together with good equipment complete the whole. The cottage is particularly suitable for couples.
