Después de llegar será bienvenido por el propietario u ama de llaves y encontrará una hermosa propiedad limpia y acogedora ideal para unas vacaciones relajantes en Toscana. Para su disfrute encontrará una piscina donde puede descansar disfutando de un buen refresco después de un día pasado a visitar lugares turísticos. Otras comodidades disponibles afuera son cancha de tenis, patio y parrilla. Cada piso tiene su propio espacio con habitaciones, baño y cocina con muchos utensilios, vajillas y cubiertos. Mucha gente que viaja con amigos prefiere una propiedad con varias unidades para poder disfrutar juntos de areas comunes, asì como la piscina o el parque, pero tambien tener su propio espacio privado.

If you have imagined your holiday immersed in the Tuscan countryside, if your dream is to wake up in the morning, open the windows and find yourself surrounded by golden sunflowers and ears of corn, Il Viaggiolo is the house for you. From your windows, from the garden, from the swimming pool you will have, as far as the eye can see, cultivated fields, vineyards, olive groves and rolling hills that change colour with the seasons.
Here and there are ancient villages rich in history and tradition. One of these is Marciano della Chiana (3 km), dominated by its castle, over which the mighty tower stands like a grim sentinel, majestically overlooking the valley below. You could do your shopping in grocery stores and supermarkets in Foiano della Chiana, also about 3 km away.
Il Viaggiolo is an old farmhouse that in recent years has regained its original beauty. The wooden beams, the warm colours used and the stylish furniture give it a cosy and comfortable atmosphere that will make you feel immediately comfortable and welcome. The farmhouse will be the ideal place for your family holidays, the outdoor space, large and safe, will allow your children to run and explore while you enjoy an aperitif by the pool. Or even if you are travelling in a group, Il Viaggiolo will provide you with large and comfortable space for dinners with your friends, or it can also serve as a starting point for your trips to discover the villages and cities of art in central Italy.
The farmhouse is surrounded by a large garden shaded by tall trees, decorated with pots and flowers and equipped with table, chairs, umbrellas, swing and barbecue. Under the large centuries-old oak tree, to the side of the house, there is a small corner designed for relaxing with a good book or for an evening chat with friends and a glass of wine. The beautiful 5 x 10 m swimming pool (depth 1.40 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), for your exclusive use, has sunbeds and umbrellas and a comfortable bathroom with shower. Two covered parking spaces are also available.

Santa Vittoria is located on the first floor of a typical farmhouse in a panoramic position on top of a hill covered with vineyards and olive groves. It is part of an important farm producing excellent wine and fine extra virgin olive oil, which you can taste and buy.
From the windows of the old farmhouse, you will enjoy an incomparable view of the suggestive landscape of the Valdichiana hills, where, scattered here and there, you will glimpse beautiful farmhouses, 19th-century villas and medieval villages dominated by mighty castles. An idyllic setting that will be nourishment for both your eyes and your mind.
Santa Vittoria is an old house with a special appeal. The wooden ceilings, the floors all in Tuscan terracotta and the original period furnishings give it a very rustic and characteristic charm. You will experience your stay in an atmosphere of old, simple and essential things.
On the ground floor of the farmhouse lives, occasionally, the property caretaker who will be a discreet point of reference in case of need.
You will have at your disposal, in front of the house, a large green area equipped with a pergola and garden furniture, perfect for your evenings in the open air. About 250 metres away, near another farmhouse that is also part of the farm, you will find the laundry room and the swimming pool area (size 7x12 m, depth 1.20 - 1.80 - open from 01st May to 30th September) that you can use together with the owner and his guests.

Four charming apartments in a farmhouse (composed in total by 4 units) that was originally a watchtower during the war between the Florence and Siena republics. Today it is the guesthouse of a 16th century villa, where the property owners reside. The property is in a tranquil location at the center of a 12 hectare farm that produces wine and olive oil. At the same time it is just 350 m from the center of a small, charactaristic village where a bus can take you to Florence in just 20 minutes. Beautiful view of the countryside. Each apartment has its own large, private outdoor space, and the beautiful, enclosed, shared pool sits among olive trees, overlooking the country landscape (85 m from the house). Upon request, it is possible to visit the garden of the main villa, with its ancient interconnecting pools fed by a natural spring and age-old lemon trees. The apartments are furnished in simple, rustic style. Access to the property is via a 250 m unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: general stores and bars 300 m away, Cerbaia with all kinds of shops, restaurants and tennis 2 km, San Casciano with all kinds of shops 5,5 km away, Florence (airport) 17 km, San Gimignano 41 km away, Siena 64 km, Castellina in Chianti 72 km away, Pisa (airport) 74 km, Tirrenia (beaches) 85 km, Rome approx. 300 km away.
At guests’ disposal: fenced-in pool (7 x 14 m – depth from 1,4 m to 2,2m – open from 8:00 to 20:00) with outdoor shower (cold water). Each apartment has its own private outdoor space and a barbecue (portable). Laundry with washing machine (€ 3,- / wash), iron and ironing board. WI-FI internet connection available in the apartments as well as in the garden area.

Extra services to be paid on the spot: Extra single bed available upon request (€ 80,- / week), use of a double sofa-bed in Vasche 1 (€ 120,- / per week), baby bed with linen (€ 50,- / week), high chair (€ 50,- / week).
