Villa Serena es una villa de estilo moderno desarrollada en 2 plantas con una superficie total de 450 metros cuadrados, alojando hasta 14 huéspedes en 7 dormitorios dobles, cada uno con baño privado.
En la planta baja, la entrada principal abre a un salón espacioso y elegantemente amueblado con sofás cómodos, un comedor grande con mesa para 14 huéspedes, una sala de billar y una cocina completamente equipada con fogón de 7 quemadores, horno eléctrico doble, frigorífico con dispensador de hielo y lavavajillas. La cocina conecta directamente con el patio exterior equipado. También en la planta baja se encuentran 3 dormitorios dobles, cada uno con baño privado, siendo 1 de estos dormitorios equipado con bañera de hidromasaje independiente. Un baño de servicio también está ubicado en la planta baja.
En la primera planta, 4 dormitorios dobles adicionales están distribuidos, cada uno con baño privado con ducha.
Equipamiento
La villa está completamente climatizada y equipada con televisor de pantalla plana por satélite, barbecue y sala de lavandería. La conexión Wi-Fi de alta velocidad está disponible durante toda la estancia. El precio del alquiler incluye limpieza final, servicio de camarera diaria, aire acondicionado, cambio de ropa de cama a mitad de semana y cambio de toallas dos veces por semana.

The property owners, who live nearby, run a farming estate with wine and olive oil production (the products of the estate are available for clients to be purchased).

Beautiful property situated a short distance away from Florence, on a large farming estate producing wine and olive oil. The estate offer several farmhouses turned into nice apartments and surrounded by splendid olive groves and vineyards. The apartments La Selva 1, 2, 3, 4 e 5 are approx. 50 m from the swimming-pool away, La Selva 6 approx. 100 m away. All of the 6 apartments are furnished in rustic and cozy style.
The estate provides an ideal terrain for beautiful walks among vineyards and olive trees.
The owners run a nice restaurant on the premises where it is possible to taste excellent local recipes (the restaurant is open every night from June to September included, over the weekend during the months of April, May and October - for the rest of the year the restaurant is available upon request) .
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.

The décor recalls what, according to documents of the time, appears to be the birthplace of one of the most important figures to whom Casentino gave birth: Cardinal Dovizi, a member of the Medici family, also known as 'Bibbiena'.
