Renovada en 2018, esta propiedad acogedora y bien mantenida está rodeada de árboles y goza de una posición elevada, tranquila y soleada que proporciona privacidad y vistas naturales de gran belleza. La casa está diseñada para 2 familias y se caracteriza por su entorno rural tranquilo y sus espacios exteriores generosos.

El jardín compartido de 150 metros cuadrados está completamente cercado y cuenta con una variedad de plantas y flores que crean un ambiente exuberante y acogedor. La piscina de agua salada mide 7 x 5 metros y está disponible del 1 de abril al 15 de octubre. El mobiliario de jardín permite disfrutar de comidas al aire libre y momentos de descanso en los espacios verdes. La posición elevada de la propiedad garantiza abundante luz solar durante todo el día en las áreas exteriores.

La propiedad cuenta con sistema de calefacción disponible del 15 de noviembre al 15 de abril sin coste adicional; fuera de este período, del 16 de abril al 14 de noviembre, la calefacción está disponible con suplemento a pagar en el lugar. A few kilometers from Bocca di Magra, on the border between Tuscany and Liguria, is the vacation home “La Sevillana”. Single villa of about 80sqm with 5 beds, private pool and private garden.
From here you can visit the best places in the area, such as the Cinque Terre, Versilia with Forte dei Marmi, Pisa, Lucca - or make wonderful excursions to Lunigiana. But Portovenere or Lerici are also a short distance away. You can explore Liguria, as well as northern Tuscany.
This vacation home in Liguria is located at the end of a private road, which is partly unpaved and not suitable for cars that are too low and/or inexperienced drivers. Once you arrive at your destination, walk down the access road to the automatic gate.
Immediately beyond it you are presented within the private garden, two covered parking spaces.
