Pagliazzone is a cottage with private and fenced garden and is located in the hills of the Val d'Ambra, dominated by the ancient ruins of the Cennina Castle and immersed in the peace and quiet of the countryside. A short walk will take you to the characteristic village of Bucine. When you feel like leaving the swimming pool and the peace of the garden for a while, the small, typical villages of the Val d'Ambra and Chianti are easy and quick to reach, and Arezzo, Florence and Siena are excellent day trips.
The little house is surrounded by a fully-fenced garden with a well-kept lawn, shaded by tall pines and filled with flowers, where your pets can run freely. A view of the surrounding vineyards and hills will accompany your lazy summer days, along with several corners designed for relaxing in peace. You decide which is the best spot to enjoy the view... whether it is from the cool water of your private swimming pool (5x11 m, depth 1.20-1.80 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), or from an armchair under the pergolas, perhaps from the shady gazebo hidden among the trees, or from a sun lounger by the pool...
The typical Tuscan furnishings, with their rustic charm, together with good equipment complete the whole. The cottage is particularly suitable for couples.

Villa Campogialli is a villa with 6 bedrooms located between Firenze and Arezzo near The Setteponti Road (or Seven Bridges Road), the ancient road that linked Arezzo to Fiesole: the Cassia Vetus.
It is a restored stone farmhouse with private swimming-pool dating back to the 16th century. This property has been carefully restored preserving its ancient charm and original architectural features and has been turned into an elegant villa providing all modern comforts and offering beautiful interiors furnished with antiques.
The owners live about 50 m from the villa, in a separate property.

All of the 3 apartments offer a personal, furnished outdoor area. The property owners (nice and friendly people) live on site and are alway available for their guests.

The location is ideal to visit the most beautiful corners of Tuscany.

The property owners have 2 very nice and quiet German shepherds running free in the grounds.

The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road (of approx. 2 km) suitable to any cars.
