Casa Fiora is a charming farmhouse situated high in the hills that divide Lucca from the Versilian coast. The owners completed restoration of the property in 2004, and the result is a very cosy and welcoming countrystyle residence. The farmhouse fully reflects its Tuscan traditions with a careful preservation of the wood beam ceilings and the antique terracotta floors. Casa Fiora has two panoramic terraces that are ideal for dining “al fresco”. One of the terraces faces the swimming pool; the other is on the opposite side of the farmhouse, so there is always a shady area during the day. The lovely swimming pool is placed in a superb position overlooking the surrounding hills and valleys. Casa Fiora is located only a few meters from “La Sorgente”, one of the most popular farmhouses in our programme. The two properties can be rented together for groups up to 18 people.

This comfortable house is located in a quiet and sunny position on the Versilian hills, at the foot of the Apuan Alps. It is at only five km from Camaiore and 12 km away from Pietrasanta. These two historic towns are rich in art crafts shops, art galleries, trendy restaurants and boutiques and during summer time they offer a number of festivals and art exhibitions. The Versilia beaches with the famous towns of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi with their restaurants, shops and night clubs are also very close by. The house is plunged in a green setting with beautiful views over the surrounding valley. It has been equipped for enjoying at its best the outdoor life. Just outside the living area there is a covered terrace equipped for outdoor meals overlooking the very well-kept garden and swimming pool (10 x 6 m). The interiors are simple but comfortable and include modern amenities such as wi-fi and air-conditioning (at extra cost) in three bedrooms. On the lower floor, at the pool level, there are a spacious and cool sitting room and two extra bedrooms that can accommodate four more people. Being these two bedrooms less bright and not at the same standard of the others, we describe the house for 6 + 4 people. The property is ideal for those looking for a seaside resort, being at only 12 km from the beaches, and at same time it is an ideal base for touring this part of Tuscany. Lucca is only 25 km away and Pisa is 35 km away. Its position is also very convenient for the proximity of a restaurant, food shop and café, all within a few kilometers. For those fond of walking the surroundings offer several nice paths to discover. The last part of the road leading to the house is narrow and can be difficult for big vans.

The holiday apartment VISTA MARE is seafront situated in the renowned small town of Lido di Camaiore in the bright Versilia and its four km of smooth sandy beaches. Lido di Camaiore has been, since the very first years of the century, one of the most well-known sea resorts in Italy, frequented even by illustrious personalities such as Gabriele D'Annunzio. The real flush happened after the second world war, when the Lido became a favourite destination for the national and international tourism.
Shopping and nightclubs but also relaxing vacations. Nowadays the town has everything which is needed to spend a holiday of peacefulness and complete relax for the whole family and moreover beautiful opportunities for trips on the nearby mountains and art cities such as Lucca (30 km far), Pisa (30 km far) and Firenze (100 km far). The beach is wide and cosy, and behind the seafront there are numerous nice shops and fashion nightclubs. Besides taking a beautiful walk along the seafront, you can reach Viareggio, widely known for its colourful Carnival and the stately papier-mâché covered wagons. The apartment is endowed with air conditioning and two bicycles to move freely into the town.

Beautiful, eighteenth-century villa situated in a dominant position on the hills of the Versilia coastline. This property offers amazing views over the surrounding landscape extending to the Tuscan islands and the Cinque Terre in the distance.
The villa has been recently renovated and provides fine interiors furnished with unique pieces, beautiful frescoed walls and comfort of any kind. Outside there is a large, well-groomed, 8000-square-meter garden with fruit trees (tangerine, orange, kiwi and pear trees), fountains and a spacious panoramic terrace with a nice gazebo which is ideal for al-fresco dining. Guests can also enjoy use of a private swimming-pool.
The property consists of a main house and a small apartment (located a few meters away) obtained from the restoration of an ancient mill (the wooden and iron mill machineries are perfectly preserved inside the house).
This small apartment is available upon request (to be requested at reservation). In 2016 this apartment may be occasionally occupied by the property owner who will not share with her guests the use of the garden or of the pool,

A very nice holiday home, lovingly built and decorated, the pool is open from June to September recently. From Camaiore are only about 10 minutes, you drive up in the hills, at some point it goes somewhat more steeply upwards, always paved and clearly. One can pleasantly drive with the car on the fenced property and apply there as well. Animals are accepted. Below the house of the beautiful pool, beach chairs and umbrellas. A covered front porch, a second on the first floor.

Holiday homeon the hills of Camaiore, in Tuscany, converted from an old outbuilding and almost seems to be carved in the mountain.
The dirt road leading to the house ends here, so there are passages of cars of any kind and here you can really enjoy a unique relaxation.
The nature here is pristine and the location allows a panoramic view of Camaiore and the valley.
Opposite the house is a small chicken coop with chickens that will be checked once a day by the owner.
You enter through the gate and here you have the beginning of the property with this large terrace with umbrella, chairs, a covered veranda with table where to eat and barbecue.
On the right of the house is this small pool (7 x 3 meters deep and 1 meter) oval and above it a solarium with 2 sun beds.
The entire property is private.

Important: The access road to the house is unpaved and narrow, so it is not recommended to arrive with cars that are too large or too low.

A little oasis in the center of Lido di Camaiore - the former farmhouse has been lovingly restored from a Milanese family and tastefully decorated. The result are 5 nice apartments with typical bars in the windows called Mandolata. They give the ambience a dreamy cast. The pool is 1.80n deep, fenced. It is located on a side street not far from the highway exit, very good accessible. For cars there are is on the fenced parking space for everyone. Around the pool are deck chairs, parasols, these also protect space for tables. 2 dressing cabins, in the third is a toilet.
In the reception you can obtain information and advice, where you can do something where to drive in, the first great restaurant serving typical Italian food is just 100m away. On the one hand here can really relax by the pool, on the other hand you can shop without car, or take a bike and ride to the sea, which is about 2.5km away.
On the ground floor there are two apartments - both roofed with private terraces. Three apartments are the first floor. The house has Internet access (reception and pool area) SAT TV and air conditioning.

The house is located on the terraced hillside, surrounded by 2.5ha olive grove, the last about 300m driveway on a dirt road (private, single track) you can park directly at the house or in front of the property.
The house has no heating and no internet. But an oasis of nature and tranquility, which is not too far away. The sea 8km away - just out, you can also ride a bike.

The house is surrounded by olive groves and lies at the border of the small medieval hamlet of Gualdo. The garden is set in terraces( 50mq ) and completely fenced ( 1.20m heigh ), equipped with a gazebo with table, chairs and traditional brick barbeque, swimming pool with deckchairs and external shower.
There is big piece of land (2’000 sqm), about 30 m from the house, set in terraces with olive trees, where you may park your card and your children could use it as playground.

These are the attractions in the vicintiy: the beautiful Roman church of Pieve a Elici, the manse of S. Caterina di Bozzano, the natural park of Migliarino, the Roman springs of Massciuccoli and the lake of the same name and the nice sandy beaches of the Versilia (10km). The most important art cities of Tuscany, such as Lucca 18km, Pietrasanta 20km, Pisa 30km, Florence less than 100km, are within an easy reach.
Lovers of Tuscan food may taste the wonderful specialities in the characteristic restaurant and which lies only a few steps from the holiday home or participate at one of the many events which take place in the nearby villages where evenings/nights are filled with fine food, music and dancing activities. Finally, to stimulate also your spirit and not only your body you may attend a classic concert which takes place at the springs of Massaciuccoli or in the Roman church of Pieve a Elici., visit the famous opera festival, which is held every year in July and August.
