The property is completely fenced and it is set up with a well kept garden of about 300 m2 where, exclusively for our clients, there are a lovely swimming pool (dim. 8x4 m. - depth 1,30-,160 m.), the barbecue, the porch with table and chairs to eat outside and the table football. It is possible to heat the pool at the cost of Euro 12,00 per day. The annex basement, where once there were cellars , has been equipped with a fresh gym. The furniture is well-groomed and comfortable.

In front of the house is a large, panoramic garden arranged on various levels and shaded by long trunked trees where garden furniture and a barbecue are available. The lovely village of Marciano della Chiana. In the outskirts of Marciano della Chiana, ancient medieval village which still maintains an intact sighting tower and the majestic walls of the fortress, we find CASA FANFULLA. It is a portion of a nice new building where two of the apartments are at our guests disposal, each one with independent entrance. The village of Marciano della Chiana, with shops and facilities, is only 500 m far from the property. So it is possible to walk to the restaurant or to do some shopping, and in the meantime admire the landscape of the surrounding countryside with its silver olive groves, green vineyards and cultivated fields.
The apartments, the garden and the private pool. For the guests a fresh fenced garden equipped with table, chairs and barbecue and the fenced swimming pool (size mt 5x10 - depth mt 1,40) for the clients exclusive use. The apartments are furnished in a simple way but comfort is assured (washing machine, dish washer, oven, TV). Air conditioning private car spots and garages (35m2 each).

This beautiful, independent farmhouse with a private pool is located in the countryside of Siena and Arezzo. The property dates back to 1700 and was renovated by its current owners who have managed to keep as many original features as possible including the original terracotta floors, a very large fireplace on the first floor as well as a spacious living room on the ground floor converted from a stable. A beautiful lawn sits in front of the house which leads to a swimming pool. The owners live a few hundred meters away and are always happy to make suggestions and give advice to guests during their stay. Roughly 100 metres from the house is a barn where the owners keep two beautiful horses.
Thanks to its great location this rental is perfect as a base for visiting the beauty of the surrounding area: the Val d’Orcia, parts of the Chianti zone, Montalcino, Arezzo, Cortona, Lake Trasimeno etc. Just 14 km away lies the well-known spa center Rapolano Terme, with two large thermal spas which use sulfuric waters to relax and unwind, also during the coldest months of the year. A short distance away lies the medieval town of Lucignano, oval in shape with ancient walls.
The surrounding area offers the chance to take beautiful walks and hikes among the woods and the countryside.
