The three apartments Il Rio, L'Oliveto and Il Poggetto, are expertly furnished with rustic furniture and equipped with all the modern comforts. There is a beautiful swimming pool ( 6 x 12 m, depth 0,90 -2,20 m), a fully fenced garden with outdoor furniture, children playground, two shaded car spots, the vegetable garden from which guests are free to help themselves to seasonal vegetables. Next to the pool a bathroom with shower suitable for disabled.
The farm and vegetable garden organic products. The farm's produce offers the guests the opportunity to taste and buy organic products such as olive oil, wine, jam, fresh fruit, vegetables, chestnuts and honey. Communal washing machine and barbecue. Renting all three apartments (groups up to 12 persons) it is possible to benefit of the privacy and independence of a single villa.

The 'Balze' landscape of rare beauty. The Agriturismo Le Balze is situated in the lower folds of the high Pratomagno mountains in the upper Arno Valley, 2Km from the village of Castelfranco di Sopra. Surrounded by beautiful countryside characterized by the presence of the 'balze', centuries-old erosion examples that in the years formed towers and rocky blades that arise majestically in the valley.
The apartments, the pool and the outdoor areas. Three apartments have been made out of old agricultural buildings. Comfortably furnished they keep their old character by the use of traditional wood, terracotta and stone materials. On one side the apartments look out to a wooden porch where each has its own table and chairs and a large garden area equipped with barbecue and table tennis. On the other side is a 6 x 12 m swimming pool (depth 1,40 m) completely fenced. At disposal a communal laundry.
The farm, its products and the small restaurant. At Agriturismo Le Balze it is possible to taste and buy typical local products such as extra virgin olive oil, vegetables, game, fruit, wine etc... On the ground-floor of the owners' house there is a small restaurant ( up to 25 sits) which is open both to guests of the Agriturismo and other local clients and where you could taste delicious typical local dishes.

The surrounding area is not only famous for its production of fine wines such as Vino Nobile di Montepulciano and Brunello di Montalcino, but also for the presence of many important towns of historical and noble origins. Montepulciano is only a few kilometers from the house. It is considered the Pearl of the 1500's and with its buildings and churches is the highest expression of Renaissance architecture.
The villa suitable for disabled, the external equipped spaces and the pool. All around the villa a nice garden equipped with table and chairs, a children's play area, and a nice swimming pool (6 x 12 m. - depth 1,50 - 1,80 m.). Between Arezzo and Siena. Set in the verdant hills of the Valdichiana on the border between the Provinces of Arezzo and Siena the Fattoria delle Chianacce is a typical farmhouse built in the last century. These farms produced some of the very best beef and pork in the area and many continue to do so to the present day. The owner has restored part of the building furnishing it simply and comfortably.
The strategic location. Near to the farmhouse is the small village of Farneta with its Romanesque style abbey of the same name. Le Chianacce is ideal to get easily to the main historical towns and cities in central Italy.
Services. There are seven apartments, six available for our guests, and one inhabited by the owner. At full guest's disposal also a communal sitting room with television, a laundry room, the bicycles and garden equipped with garden furniture. Just a few meters from the house is a large 20x8m pool (depth 1,00-2,40m). The garden is completely fenced.

This charming villa in “Leopoldino” style has been recently and tastefully restored and turned into a comfortable country house offering cozy interiors furnished in a rustic style with some antique pieces. It can be reached through a dirt road because localized in the countryside, this makes it excellent for those who want to enjoy relaxing days but without giving up the comforts of a city. The property consists of a large garden (partly wooded) of about 8000 square meters, the Villa itself, an annex (not usable) and the private pool.

Beautiful farmhouse recently renovated and divided into 4 apartments. Located in the hills above the town of Dicomano, about 40 km from Florence (easily reached by train). The apartments are situated within a family-run farm (olive oil and about 30 cows), and share a beautiful garden and pool with panoramic views.
The apartments are comfortable and each offers a private, equipped outdoor space. The owners are very helpful, welcoming and friendly. They live in the main house a few steps away from the apartments and are always available to assist and advise their guests.
In the nearby town of Dicomano there is a small railway station with connections to Florence that take about about 1 hour.
Access to the house is via a short section of unpaved road in good condition and suitable for all vehicles.
